I just had the most AMAZING experience at Buckle. I was leaving the mall and walked by the store when something caught my eye. It was 8:52 p.m and the store was closing at 9. Brock walked up to me to ask me what I was looking for. After explaining to him that I had some insecurities, and wanted to have a certain look he had me dressed, paid and out of the store in less than ten minutes, with absolutely ZERO rush and feeling 100% confident in my outfit. He told me a thousand times to take my time and that he was in no rush. I will be forever grateful for his kindness today, he will never know how much I needed that.

I just had a baby and came in to find some new jeans, and was not looking forward to trying things on. Bobby was so helpful, kind, and made me feel so good! She pulled lots of great options, helped me find the right size, and helped me figure out how to style everything! I ended up buying matching jeans to the ones she was wearing because she looked so dang cute! Thank you so much Bobby!

What a treat ,I dislike shopping very much. Today, I had the chance to shop with some in-store assistance , from a gentlemen named Brock. My goodness, the experience was the likeness of a personal stylist. He listened to what I was looking for. He quickly ushered me into a changing room and presented me with great options. He nailed it. I went in for a pair of jeans and left with 2 pairs and 2 sweaters. Thank you much. Your kindness made my day. He even offered me his business card so I may call ahead to see if he's available to help me next time.

I love the buckle up to date clothes , The prices are awesome due to a sale . I have bought jeans and blouses from here . The store is very clean , The clothes are all new ... Clothing on shelves or on hangers. Customer mer service is amazing . Last time I got there late and they still let me try on clothes , while they were cleaning the store . Always friendly ,never overbearing . Beautiful clothes .
