Very poor selection of clothing, the girls were very unhelpful, they were judgmental and would laugh about me with themselves. This is not a good store at all.

These girls are very nice! All of these reviews say that they are super mean and unhelpful, but with my experience it was opposite. I got complimented and even recommended things to buy. I love this shop and will be coming back more often!

I would like to say buying from this store was probably the best decision as I’ve went to many pacsuns to find the best deals. The quality of the clothes amazing as well as the atmosphere. It was really friendly and inviting and a girl named alyssa was very helpful, I would like to say that this store had the best service and the best employees I’ve ever experienced through my years of shopping. This girl helped me find the best deals and the best sizes for me! Truly an amazing experience and will be shopping here from now on!

i love pacsun and always shop here because it’s my style. but the girls working are always super rude and judgemental. i stood waiting to be rung up for three minutes while the cashiers finished their conversation and finally one decided to ring me up. the girl acted annoyed the whole time and treated me like i was bothering them by being there. i work in retail, and i understand that you don’t always want to be dealing with customers. but you shouldn’t take it out on the people just trying to enjoy their time shopping. the cashier didn’t ask for my phone number either so i didn’t get my points. love the merchandise but the staff and customer service always disappoints. unfortunate

The workers there are very rude I’ve only had one good employee experience. If you want to sell expensive clothes you could at least hire friendly employees. The girl working there made me pay full price for all my items and when it was a buy one get two free sale. And then wouldn’t redo it. Terrible service no greetings. Disappointed.

I ordered a pair of jeans online, but when I picked them up the zipper was broken. I asked for either a new pair or a refund but the cashier was unable to do either of those. I ended up having to make 3 trips to the same store and didn’t get anything out of it. Waste of time and money.

Ive been into this store multiple times with my kids and the store manager i believe her name is ashley has been very rude and condescending every time i’ve been in there as well as the associates at this store. I can’t believe a company allows their employees to treat their customers this was especially from a Store Manager Pacsun as a company needs to check their employees and management at this location. I will not be spending anymore of my money at this horrible store

Beyond amazing customer service. Store manager was on top of everything! I have never seen such a clean and well organized retail store. My experience at Pacsun was marvelous. I received just the right amount of help. Was able to actually breathe, no sales associate breathing down my neck. No mamá! Thank you Pacsun team. 💖

I love the clothing here but the girl working there was really rude! I bought a pair of earrings and the next day before I even put them in they broke! So I tried returning them and the girl wouldn’t let me and was really rude about it!

PacSun sometimes has these awesome NBA shorts, always worth a look to see what’s new. I am actually surprised at the variety of styles they represent here, because I feel like it mostly used to be skate and surf focused, but I like how different it is now.
