Celeste pharmacy tech is always so RUDE to customers, especially those with Medicaid insurance. She is disrespectful while talking to customers. She degrades people with Medicaid and gets an attitude when she is asked a question about charges or co pays with insurance. She loves to roll her eyes, like a high school kid. Wal Mart needs to get rid of her immediately. I’m sure Wal mart doesn’t pay them extra to treat customers like garbage. Good job Celeste with putting your customers down that carry Medicaid for their children.

We are new to Albuquerque and went to this Walmart pharmacy and I am glad I chose this pharmacy. I received excellent service. Pharmacist and the technician were both very kind and service was fast. 😊

Very long drive thru line (30+ mins). There is a sign outside saying to call ahead for faster service, but they don’t pick up the phone.

Some techs are great, some are bad. All the pharmacists have been fantastic. Many times there’s an issue with a prescription and they don’t let me know until the next when I’m trying to pick it up, then I have to wait another day or 2 which is so frustrating so i have to stay on top of them. The techs may be rude on the phone many times, but at least they answer it and work on my issues... unlike the Walgreens on Universe/Paradise who NEVER answer their phones!

Called to verify they received my prescription, they said yes be ready in an hour. 5 hours later go to pick it up and it’s not ready. Said it would be 30 minutes. It wasn’t ready until the following morning. Long drive through wait and the techs were rude. Go to the Smith’s across the way.

Every time I have ever gone to this location, the staff has been nothing but rude and judgemental. It's disgusting behavior. There is only one older man that works there, who I believe is one of the actual pharmacists, that has ever been half way decent to me. Stopped filling here a long time ago, but my doctor accidentally sent it to back to this location and even after over a year of not coming to this location, they still have shity staff with matching attitudes. Go ANYWHERE, but Walmart pharmacy!!!!!!

I've been using this Pharmacy for some time now have never had an issue with any of the staff. My prescriptions are ready when they say they will be. I use both in-store pickup and the drive-thru.

Have been waiting for service in the drive thru for over 30 min. No one has come to tell us about a wait time. No one is waiting for service inside the store. I dnt understand why there is such poor service tonight. Will be sending any future Rx to a different location from now on. We even tried ringing bell "for service" 2x now. Staff just looks over and turns back around. Very disappointed.
