If i could rate this a negative number i would. i had just turned 18 and I was lied to upon signing a contract that i could opt out of the membership anytime with a $50 fee. so about a year passes by and i lose my job due to covid and am unable to pay for a gym membership. i have contacted several times and was denied my request of cancelling as it wasn’t “allowed” in the contract. i have told them multiple times about my situation and also that i was under the impression that i could, because I was told that i could opt out for $50. unwilling to work and negotiate, wouldn’t return calls or emails for a week or two. I will say it was a nice gym, the employees were nice, however the management is greedy and had manipulated me into signing a contract that i am now in debt for. ~Brandon

This review is for the 4th Street location in ABQ. This spot has always had a nice, chill vibe. The staff is friendly. They are helpful too. The workout area is always clean. The crowd is friendly and laid-back. I have never had a negative experience at this club. Jake and Chris are great staff members who make everyone feel welcome. This is my favorite Planet Fitness club in town. I have never seen it so packed that you couldn’t get on the machine you wanted to get on. It’s also nice because you can go to the grocery store that’s in the same shopping center. ~Teaberry

I absolutely love this studio. It's cozy and very welcoming. Every instructor who's class I've had the pleasure of taking, has been friendly and knowledgeable. I really feel like I'm getting a good work out without any pressure to do more than my body can handle. I see all sorts of folks in each class too. Nothing cookie cutter about this place for all the right reasons. So if you are looking to just get started or want to get back into yoga I would highly recommend trying this studio. 👍👍 ~Kaylin

My 14yr old, who is a huge record fan always finds something new here! My youngest forever has a good time looking all the fun foods from movies, new treats from Japan, pops, squishmellos, and other fun inventory they have... of course it's a mall so expect to pay a bit more for somethings but when they have sales they have sales🙌🏼 ~Monica

I had a horrible experience at the Alameda Planet Fitness! I wanted to try out their one-day pass, and was informed that that would be $5 for a day opass. I agreed and filled out their form. 15 minutes later, I'm still not in their system and they want $10 now! I said good day and left! ~patrick

Have been looking for a bench for quite a while. Found Kelly crafts. Very happy with my bench. Pablo does magnificent work, and has two great dog's, Itchy, and Dulce. 😃 ~jennifer

This was a very clean and lovely Dollar Tree! And the people working there Rosa and Janelle who I think were assistant managers were very very helpful because I have never been in that store before and didn't know where anything was. They even help look with me and I really appreciated that. Also the store had a lot of items I hadn't seen at other Dollar Trees. Well worth the trip! ~Janet

I was heading into work after the snow storm on a Friday morning and stopped to fill up my gas tank. Once I had filled it, my car wouldn’t start, it was so cold that my battery didn’t have enough to restart my vehicle. It was below freezing and my roadside service wasn’t going to be able to arrive for an hour! I decided to go inside to see if any of the attendants had jumper cables and could possibly give my vehicle a jump. Both Sean and Sharese, employees at Speedway, immediately offered to help me! They went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get my car started and get back on the road quickly. Excellent customer service from great employees at Speedway! I will be ensuring I take a route to go by this station every time I’m in need a fill up on my vehicle! ~Hannah

I went the this Walgreens this morning to pick up money from western union. A service they provide from 8am to 10pm with a limit of 300.00. The person who worked at the photo center or the manager ( which is the area you have to pick up the money) refused this service since it was “too early in the morning” i pick up western unions from Walgreens often and every single time the employee goes to the back and gets it from their safe cause the photo center usually doesn’t have 300 in their drawer and I wasn’t receiving that much… I asked him if he could do this since that’s what happens literally every time and he very bluntly told me he wouldn’t. Not couldn’t.:. Wouldn’t….Super unprofessional and unhelpful. He then proceeded to speak to a 3rd party vendor saying he was already having a “heck of a day”…. so I guess his heck of a morning interfered with him providing the service his store is supposed to offer and being an actual customer service employee. Super disappointing ~Anna
