I went the this Walgreens this morning to pick up money from western union. A service they provide from 8am to 10pm with a limit of 300.00. The person who worked at the photo center or the manager ( which is the area you have to pick up the money) refused this service since it was “too early in the morning” i pick up western unions from Walgreens often and every single time the employee goes to the back and gets it from their safe cause the photo center usually doesn’t have 300 in their drawer and I wasn’t receiving that much… I asked him if he could do this since that’s what happens literally every time and he very bluntly told me he wouldn’t. Not couldn’t.:. Wouldn’t….Super unprofessional and unhelpful. He then proceeded to speak to a 3rd party vendor saying he was already having a “heck of a day”…. so I guess his heck of a morning interfered with him providing the service his store is supposed to offer and being an actual customer service employee. Super disappointing

Victoria did a wonderful job helping me with passport photos for a toddler (not an easy task!). She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Very nice & friendly the every time!

The cosmetic young lady is super helpful ,very active, and a real employer I've not seen for a long time. I went yesterday to pick a perfume and she recommended a smart way to pick one, today my daughter's went to give me a mother's day gift they came back so happy and surprised from how much help they got from the same young last lady. She deserves 10 stars. Thank you so much.

Or Mady G was that the cash register on my visit today which is the 7th of May and her attitude to assist with finding a product was totally unacceptable she was very rude insisting on the product not being available sold out so when asked another customer service representative and they were able to get me the product that was asking for and it was not out of stock

I got a refill of my asthma inhaler here. When I opened the box, I realized it expired in a few months, meaning that it had been sitting on the shelf for a while. When I asked the pharmacist for a newer product, she said she didn't have any and that I couldnt return it. Never offered to order a newer product or assist in any way. In addition, I have noticed that some of my other generic meds are not working like they used to, and the shape and sizes are very different every time I refill. I suspect they are not of good quality. I am now in process of moving all of my prescriptions across the street to Albertsons.

A while ago As I waited in line for my prescription I overheard pharmacy supervisor (Huan) yelling at tech at the drive through. He was behaving extremely rude towards the poor pharmacy assistant. It was very unprofessional and saddening.

This Walgreens pharmacy is great. I had a lot of trouble getting Express Scripts to ship a prescription in a timely manner. So I called this Walgreens pharmacy at Ventura. Katelyn there contacted my doctor, got a new prescription, and filled it within a day. They really seem to care about their customers.
