5 Best pharmacy in Albuquerque, New Mexico (NM) 2025

Super impressed! Very quick, good service (calling me ahead to order refills, friendly service). I have a high deductible plan and have to pay out of pocket for most of the year and they have even better prices than Sam's Club. I have made the switch! ~Jessica

I purchased a package of Turkey from the Deli, since the deli is always has a sign that reads closed. It also looks like it was written by a kid learning to write. I took the package back, since it did not look fresh. When I approach the manager, I asked for his name, which he replied Daryl. He asked if I had a receipt, which I told him I didn’t have. You could clearly see it was from this “Smith” store unopened. He said he could not help. I handed him the bag and asked if he could discard for me. For being a manager, he could use some skills in customer service, this is the worst service a community store can offer. I shop here often, but may travel a few miles somewhere else, where I am treated like a valued customer. Horrible manager. ~Mrs.

Switched from one of the big chains and absolutely could not be happier with John’s Pharmacy. They answer their phone. They call you if they have questions about your prescription. They have things ready not only quickly, but when they say they will. And they’re just genuinely nice people. Switch! ~Dana

Celeste pharmacy tech is always so RUDE to customers, especially those with Medicaid insurance. She is disrespectful while talking to customers. She degrades people with Medicaid and gets an attitude when she is asked a question about charges or co pays with insurance. She loves to roll her eyes, like a high school kid. Wal Mart needs to get rid of her immediately. I’m sure Wal mart doesn’t pay them extra to treat customers like garbage. Good job Celeste with putting your customers down that carry Medicaid for their children. ~Erica
