Started school shopping early because of the great prices. Had all the sizes because of new items that just came in.

The new staff is very helpful and attentive. They helped me find some amazing deals like the buy one get two free for t-shirt’s and socks! I love the Aeropostale brand and the southtowne mall location is a favorite of mine! Definitely making huge strides! The new manager Dawn is doing so well to make the store better then when I visited last year!

The manager was so impolite. When I asked her for a size she’s shrugged me off like I was a nobody. I would never recommend coming to this location. Going to south town is much better. The manager was so rude when I asked for a bigger size. I will never shop here again only because they aim for the teens when they don’t specify that, shop at American Eagle you will get your money’s worth.

I enjoy coming to Aeropostale for cargo pants for work! They are well made and I buy several pairs at once! Right now they have a deal for buy one get one free and that’s a deal if I’ve ever heard one!! The Aeropostale at Southtown has such nice workers. I am welcomed every time I go in!

Didn’t get greeted or asked if I needed help. The red head cashier bagged everything so sloppy and had to reorganize when I left the store. Didn’t even fold the pants or shirts back up. Annoying. No wonder no one was in there, terrible customer service.

I had a return without my receipt from Christmas and the workers were very friendly and helpful. They handled the return well and were respectful of my not being able to wear a mask. Will shop here instead of other stores from now on if I am treated with this much respect.

. I walked in didn't get a greeting the girl was sitting at the counter looked up and just looked me up and down. Another girl walked out from the back and the same thing. The store was also mess nothing was organized just thrown and the racks.

My only complaint about this store is common within the retail industry; although, definitely much more pronounced here. They lure you in with "sales" such as bogo, but then their tag prices are so unreasonably high that you still pay more than you would for a comparable item two stores away. I have 3 girls and would spend much more $ at Aeropostale if their prices were much more competitive.

Chain clothing store that splashes its name across everything. Every style is limited to the same 5 colors. Basic clothing styles are this place's jam. Sizes are limited. Quality, especially in denim, is highly variable. That being said, prices can be huge bargain. Employees are friendly enough. The mall has plenty of parking. Egress is usually OK, but heavy shopping times complicate matters.
