Should have read the reviews first seeing it was our first and definitely last visit to Fire house subs. Should have went to potbelly across the street instead but wanted to try a new place. Your experience may vary but I would recommend going to any other sandwich spot in the area.

Promotes the cherry limeade all over their store and to put in fresh lime. We asked for lime and the teenager said, “we don’t have any prepped right now.” No apology. No cutting up one real quick. Nothing. An apology at least would’ve been nice. Super slow. Staff will ignore you for days unless you yell to get their attention. South Jordan location is so much better.

Ordered a cheese steak sandwich today had to spit out the 1st bite cause the meat was cold, ended up throwing away the sandwich cause it was gross all around. Utah food is trash it's like no one gives an F.

We came on a Sunday afternoon around 2 o’clock. There were people sitting inside eating and that had just ordered. There were five of us. As soon as we walked in we were told the restaurant was closed and given no reason. They were very rude. We are from California and came specifically to this FireHouse subs. But we will not be back.

One of our kids subs dropped from the pile. When my husband told them he dropped one, and needed a new one, and we were made to purchase another sandwich, and clean up the mess ourselves. Horrible customer service; they don't care to take care of their customers when accidents happen.

The same two girls made my sandwich each time. Well once I get home to eat the sandwich it’s been ROASTBEEF! I let it go the first two times thinking it was an honest mistake but after three times I expect brisket. Very disappointing.

The girl Katie taking our order was extremely unpleasant. When she was asked a simple question she dramatically rolled her eyes and was extremely rude to my mom. Horrible customer service. Our food looked like it was literally thrown together and tasted like it was drenched in vinegar. Do better

1st time going here. I ordered a "medium", smokehouse brisket & cheddar. Let's just say, that I should have gone to Arby's, and got more for my money! The guy behind the counter claimed that I would never want to go to Subway again after eating this fantastic sandwich! Boy, was he absolutely wrong! A few thin slices of "brisket", some cheese sauce, and some BBQ sauce - for over $8 ??! Come on Firehouse....... you can definitely do better than that! Until you can... I'll be headed to Subway!!

Quite enjoyed this place. For a sandwich shop it's really good! I got the Turkey Bacon Ranch and the Engineer. Both very well made. Bread is so soft and smells so good! Bacon was so soft was not overcooked like most sandwich shops. Honestly out of both I loved the Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich. Overall experience defiantly amazing, will come back for sure!! Amazing decor, and the kids get a cute firefighter hat!! Total win win!
