I love the food. I hate the kiosk. Unfortunately there was nobody at the counter to take an order until after I had started at the kiosk. Not a busy day. Food was good and the shake machine was working.

I bought a spicy chicken the bread had mold around it ! Check for expiration date or mold on buns

We went through the drive-thru and they got my order wrong. On top of that, my husband ordered one of their pies and then when we got to the window to pay and pick up our food they let us know they were out and we would have to wait around 13 minutes to get it if we were still interested. Food tasted fine though.

Worst customer service ever. Drive thru sucks. They hurry you up! And the cashier wow! She is having a really bad day. I hope manager pays attention on that if doesn’t want to loose customers. Last time on this Macdonadls for me.

Very slow because they are so busy. They are right off the freeway exit. The employees I dealt with you could tell were tired. Not friendly at all. Food was good.

Had the hot n spicy chicken biscuit. It was alright except there was NO sauce at ALL, that thing was drier then the Sahara desert. Like this thing brought me back to the chicken sandwiches at school, but at least the school had ketchup on it!! However I can't speak for all of the items on the menu.

I dont want to waste my time explaining everything that went wrong. They already took more than enough of my time. I'll never go there again. Why would I when Chick Fila and In and Out are both right there and will always have good customer service. When I go out to eat, the customer service is just as important to me as the quality of the food. And this McDonald's customer service is worse than their food quality. Sad

I got 2 large fries and they made me pull forward and wait for about 5 minutes. For JUST FRIES. Pretty disappointed. That's a long time to wait for just fries. 3 cars were served behind me before I got my fries. Wow... won't be going Here again .

I Tried to be self sufficient and order from Their kiosk. One kiosk has been out of order for weeks and apparently the one I went to, won’t actually let you pay, so you still wait in line to speak with the one person they have on the actual register. The place is packed and they have one single cashier… nice. Then the cashier rings me out incorrectly not once but twice. I could’ve sat down at chilis and got my food quicker Fix your kiosk if you’re only going to have one cashier on busy lunch hours.

As far as McDonalds go, this one is pretty good. It's on the cleaner side and the interior has been renovated to a very stylish and comfortable atmosphere. We came here and got ice cream recently and the portions were lighter than usual which was disappointing. The drive through can pile up and and move slowly.
