Just stopped in for a quick lunch. Food was good , restaurant was clean. The customer service needs help, I have worked in customer service for years and they were just rude. I asked for sauce and she acted like it was a problem. I know you don't want to work, but a simple smile goes a long ways. Food : 5/5 | Service : 2/5 | Atmosphere : 4/5 … More

My chicken was dry in my sandwich. I did enjoy the shrimp. The fries were good. They have a large selection of drinks. Tables were had food bit on them but the place looked over all clean.

Admittedly I typically steer clear of this location due to past experiences that weren't great. Decided to try again tonight, the service was better than the past. They let me know it would be approx 12min wait for tenders. I was good with that, happy to wait. However I got home and we started eating and they were all still raw in the middle. Disappointing. I would have rathered wait longer for them to be properly cooked.

Don’t order inside, go through the drive through. Took forever for them to start taking orders, and once they did, they didn’t even get what I ordered right. The girl was half listening to me as she tried to placate the drive through line via her mic. Two of the items on my order were wrong. Wouldn’t recommend getting the Cajun rice from here btw

We just ordered three classic sandwiches at 9pm tonight. All three of us got sick immediately after eating the sandwiches, even my wife who never gets sick. I am doubled over on pain. It was definitely the food. Something is seriously wrong with late evening Popeyes. I am guessing the oil was rancid. I didn't finish the sandwich because it was clearly different than their usual fare. Very sick and disappointing. What is going on, Popeyes?

The food always tastes good when they actually have it. However I have not once come to this Popeyes when they actually have all the items on their menu. I once came two hours before closing and they had no chicken. Another time no honey. Another time no mac and cheese or fries. And today they have no pickles.

They only gave us HALF of the chicken we ordered, but we didn't discover this until we already drove all the way to our destination. And the chicken we did have was nasty. When I went back to the restaurant, they said they couldn't help me without the General Manager. They told me to call back the next day. I've called TWICE and the phone will just ring forever. NO ONE ever answers the phone. Why does anyone go here? You need to treat your customers with respect!

Everyone always says Chick-fil-A has the best chicken….. but lol that’s the only chicken place they’ve been to. I decided to try Popeyes about a month ago and I didn’t regret it. (Have been 5 times since) The best quality chicken I’ve ever had! The classic chicken sandwich hits the spot, very delicious. Popeyes wins🎉

UPDATE: This is a follow up to my original post, see that Original Post below for context. Well, well, well what do we have here?! It seems as though you CAN judge a place by the lack of grammar used by other "reviewers." Poor review and poor grammar? In Utah County, that place is very likely a 5-star experience. I made the effort to visit this location in American Fork today just to try and prove myself wrong and finally shut my trap. No such luck, Utah! On my arrival, at roughly 1:30 PM, I found the place inundated with patrons. Patrons spilling out of the drive thru. Patrons filling up the booths inside, as well. Odd seeing such a sight given the vitriol babbled at this place by some of you expletives; babble that I suffered as I read through one excruciating review after another. Side note; the fact that Utah is ranked dead last in per pupil spending isn't lost on me. Great job, #ChewStrawUtah! I ordered my meal. I didn't have to wait long to do so either. The hustle and bustle was real and I noticed it was handled most effectively by ALL employees present. As I waited for my order, two other patrons placed their orders with an ease comparable to my experience. Great start, crew! By the time the 2nd patron that followed me finished placing her order, my order # was being called. Prior to that, I witnessed the expeditor reviewing my prepared order, for accuracy I assumed. He then topped off the bag of food with utensils, napkins, and an assortment of condiments, to include honey. Man, I drove that grub home with an excitement of a child at an amusement park. I just had a very competent and professional experience with the staff and my gut told me that experience was going to translate to the quality and accuracy of the food I ordered; and yes, it did! PERFECT! As you can see in the photo I supplied, everything was present and accounted for. Go ahead you mouth-breathing, slack-jawed, knuckle-dragging, grammar-hating ninnies, zoom in on the ticket and s$!k it. I'm a large man. I have to take care not to emanate my natural intimidating presence, but I couldn't help intimidating every last bite of my delicious order. Everything, absolutely perfect. AMERICAN FORK POPEYES FOR THE WIN! To the outsiders, benefit from my hard fought Utah lesson; poor reviews accompanied by poor grammar is a tell. To the owner of this location. Treat your employees with all the respect they deserve, they represent EXTREMELY well. You are VERY lucky to have them working for you. I hope that you already show them the respect they deserve and I hope they are already aware of that respect from you. Check the timestamp on the ticket. Everyone working that day deserves a raise. PLEASE, take care of them. You are lucky to have them. Am I making myself clear? Lol. I hope so! Take care, Utah County. 👁👃👁 ORIGINAL POST: I have only read the reviews. I have not tried the food or service at this location. However, judging by the grammar used in the 13 reviews I have read, I'm giving this location 5 stars! I'll revise my rating, if needed, after I give this location a try. Now, to cut through the tongue-in-cheek for all of you absolutely Utah f<*%=×g r<%#+&s leaving your absolutely Utah County reviews, get back on your porches, chew your straw, and stay there.

Finally opened up the lobby closes early 6:00 on a Friday night. My chicken was cooked so long I about broke a tooth. Fries cold don't taste good that way. Need to get a milder dipping sauce for those of us who don't want our tongues burned off. Would also like fry sauce or at least some mayo to make some. Needs to go back to the quality it was I really liked it then
