Fast food far from what it use to be.only mom and pop shops are only good food to eat. I tried this kfc again and yet another disappointment.i asked the girl at the speaker for famous bowl.and asked if chicken was fresh she said yeah. And get the bowl and chicken pieces so old and just crispy crumbs basically. That popcorn chicken not poppin no more for me.man..

This location is horrible! This location deserves a -0 Don’t waste your time , gas, or breath! Customer Service sucks’ they give kfc a bad name!!! Save yourself and your family from their horrible attitude and Go to the KFC/A&W location on 4700 S 4000 W! They literally have the best customer service, there were 3 cars from the other location coming here . This kfc deserves a -0 and I hope corporate do some under cover work so they can see exactly how the kfc really runs the facility and takes care of the customer.

The food quality had taken an unfortunate decline. The flavor has completely changed. It’s certainly not the childhood favorite it used to be. Please adress this kfc. Sadly I wish I would have chosen even popeye’s over this meal.

People according to my order and others shown this place should close. Friday 8/15/22 spent $23.00 at the drive up. (Ripoff) Ordered two three piece meals with one white meat and two dark along with potatoes and coleslaw. Got home and we got all dark meat and No coleslaw. Tried calling them for three days now and no one answers or calls back. If a manager doesn't care enough to call you back thats probably why his employees don't care either. Save your money and go somewhere else as this place is NOTHING like they used to be years ago.

If there was a -star review that's what I would have left. Friday at 6pm I picked up a #6. When I got home to eat it the chicken was as hard as leather. I called and complained and was told that their chicken was not over 30 min in the warmer. It looked and tasted like it had been there for HOURS! He refused to give me a credit and said there was nothing he could do. Don't go there! I will never again.

4 wings in my full priced 8 piece meal and not even asking me if it’s okay? Really? By the way, my expired mashed potatoes smelled like cat pee…. There’s a reason Popeye’s is thriving. R.I.P. KFC I grew up with.

we made an order that cost 29 dollars, where it said extra crispy chicken, apart from the fact that the chicken was not cooked since they use frozen chicken, it had nothing crispy but even flaccid without color or flavor. It was the worst disappointment to have gone to this place, we will definitely not buy in this place again.

I guess the workers here don’t want listen to you when you order. They seem to want just interrupt you instead to claim they can’t hear you. I went to Wendy’s next door they clearly understood me just fine. This location is poor service. I’m surprised they are still in business no one who works there wants to listen clearly to their customers. Next time you want business listen to your customers. I was clear and loud next time, give your person taking orders a chance I would stayed but I got interrupted. By someone else besides the person taking the orders you guys were not busy that time. it was slow day. If I was owner of this franchise I would close this location because no one seems to care that works there.

We went on Friday night at 7:28 p.m. to try the new crispy chicken sandwiches and were very disappointed. The employee working the drive thru was rude and rushed us. When we got home with our food, each sandwich had 2 chicken tenders that were not edible because of how hard they were. They looked and tasted like they had been under the warmer all day and should have gone in the trash but we're served to us instead. The fries were cold and we got the smallest ones so I assume they had been under the warmer for quite some time as well and were the ends of others fries throughout the day. $20 for 2 combos, not worth it. I requested Saturday to be contacted and it's now Monday and I haven't heard a thing. This is the worst KFC location so save yourself a trip and drive to another because this one will give you the trash food to make money.

I ordered a $20 12 peice fill-up and a pot pie. They were busy and looked like training a new guy. While everyone was nice enough I waited for 25-35 minutes for my order. I got home and 4 out of the 12 chickens where dry and old really disappointed. The biscuits were a bit dry as well as if they had been sitting out for a while. I once worked at KFC. And I know you have to take the chicken out after it passes a certain time limit. But really please don't give a customer something that you yourself wouldn't eat. You can see the color difference between the fresh and dry. The dry went in the garbage
