The KFC in Price Utah absolutely needs to learn how not to overcook the chicken. Bought an 8 piece original and brought it home and the only edible piece was the breast after removing the overcooked skin from it. This is 2 times they have screwed us. Won’t be Patronizing this place anymore.

I join the throngs of others that get bad meals from this kfc..mine was so bad that the meat resembled shredded wood...too long in the warmers..I won't be back

I love kfc. This location has terrific employees. One problem though, the thighs were pink. I eat here frequently and haven't seen this before so hopefully they'll fix whatever needs fixing. If you want extra crispy call ahead or order online. I'm not sure why but every kfc I've been in (approximately 10) always runs out of extra crispy! What the heck? But... it's still good and worth the wait.

I occasionally come to Price for work and stay in the Ramada just across the freeway from this KFC. Every single time I visit I go to this KFC thinking I surely will have a better experience than I did the last time I was there. After 4 or 5 bad experiences I have now learned my lesson. I have never visited this store and gotten what I wanted. Literally every time I visit they are all out of something. Either crispy, dark meat, tenders, etc. And I never visit that close to closing time. They just always are out of the very food they're supposed to be famous for. And they never really seem to give a rip that they're out of chicken. I mean come on - I have never in my life visited a McDonalds that told me they were out of hamburgers. How can this KFC consistently be out of chicken? It really is ridiculous.

They forgot my coleslaw. They gave me Mac and cheese instead of mashed potatoes. I went back and they fixed the mistakes. But, the mashed potatoes were lumpy and gray. And the gravy was watery.

$28.00 for two 3 piece chicken tender meals a root beer float and 2 individual sides of Mac n cheese. Got home and had the wrong sauces, there were about 9 cold fries in each meal and the “Chicken” tenders weren’t much bigger than my index finger, also cold, and had pretty much no breading. I wouldn’t have fed this to my dog…. Absolutely disgusting, we need to boycott this place, it used to be so much better. Also the staff is usually rude. I will not go there again.

How can a chicken place be our of chicken all the time? Any time I go there they are out of chicken.. think about it and count on the fact that it's dinner time on a weekday and school is in session there are a lot of tired parents with hungry children looking for quick, easy and accurate meals.. Also apparently gotta count your items for them because they don't know how to count to 4... The chicken was overcooked it was like chewing on rubber there was hardly any meat on it and it was tough...

Quality of the food has taken a dive, and yet the prices are higher. The chicken strips are glorified nuggets, and the "family size" sides are maybe as much as 2 single servings. For the same price as an 8 piece meal you can get 3 times the food at equivalent quality at Dairy Queen. Zero value for you money.

There are no signs that say that the restaurant dining area is closed. You cannot use the restroom. We had to wait extra time for the tenders to be done, however they taste like they’ve been sitting out for a few hours. The corn was still frozen, and that’s why I said they wouldn’t let us order the mac & cheese. Additionally no napkins and no silverware given for it to go order.
