Terrible to go service! Waited by the entrance door for over 15 minutes before anyone even came over and asked if we were being taken care of. Finally I ordered my son some chicken straps and me a honey ginger salad. The waitress said 15 minutes the order would be ready. 25 minutes later she brought our order out. The place maybe had 10-12 customers total in the restaurant! So I did tip the waitress (thinking that the food I DID order was in the Togo bag she gave me) and went home to eat our meal. My salad was the wrong one it had NO blue cheese chunks nor any crasins and worst of all the WRONG dressing! My son's chicken was way cold(and very dry)and again no ranch for dipping! I paid $30 for not the correct food and old and cold chicken. You'd think for that kind of money you should get way better than this!!! Never going back very disappointed and frustrated. What happened to this establishment?

I ordered some food for take out for dinner, got home and realized my order was wrong. I called in and truly had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. The manager Idalis went above and beyond. Even though it was after hours, she had the cooks turn the fryers and remake the food that was missing, then she personally delivered it at almost 10:30 at night! Truly a wonderful experience. I will 100% be revisiting this establishment. I wish i could give a better star rating than just 5. Definitely is deserving of a higher rating!!

We have been traveling for 2months. We received the BEST service at the Price Utah, Wingers. Kolton (?) waited on us, he did great! The one that stole the show is Adriana (?) she gave us peace of mind by vouching for Landon’s Diesel Repair shop working on our 🚌 Bus. We can not understand the lack of politeness everywhere! We are so grateful to have a nice meal, polite service, and friendly conversation to boot!!! Thanks for giving us hippies a break from the road! This place is Skoolie Lifestyle approved!!

Typical wingers. Good, casual food. Complimentary popcorn when you get your table. Bdubs vibe. Slightly overpriced menu.

I had a party to be catered at 1pm on 5-23-22...I asked that 35 wings be ready at noon. That would give me a hour to pick up the rest of the food, and back to set up. 4 days before I went in, placed the order with the manager. She said no problem...she put it on her calendar in her phone....said she would be there when I was picking up. I got there, she said " give us 10 minutes. " I was okay with that....40 minutes later......no wings....I had to tell the waitress " I have to go!!!! I can't wait any longer because I have other food to pick up. " Manager had my cell phone number.....never called....never got my wings.....don't do catering if you can't get the food on time!!!! Subway did a great job!!!!

Waitess that originally sat us was absolutely amazing and was the only waitress who continued to check on us. The rest of the service and food was absolutely terrible waited a whole 2 hours even though there was only a few other tables. Salads were slimy and food came out cold. Asked to talk to the Manager and the manager didn’t even apologize. And continued to argue with us about the service saying that the waitress got good tips at the other tables and everyone else was happy. Explained to the manager that it wasn’t even just our waitress but the whole service over all and that service continues to get worse every time we come here. Everyone that was sitting at our table has worked in a restaurant or customer service and agreed that this is the worst experience we have had at a restaurant. Definitely will not be coming back to wingers.

My youngest was given the choice of where she wanted to eat and she chose Wingers because they serve popcorn as an appetizer and she loves popcorn. We waited for over an hour. We were seated and given drinks and we ordered. We have been there several times before and they always brought us popcorn. We drank our drinks completely and watched our ice melt for the next hour. We watched our waitress bring round after round of drinks to the neighboring table and dote on them, not even looking out direction. She even came and changed the channel on the TV for them and chatted with them with her back to us. Then the table across the room who came in 45 minutes later got drinks AND popcorn. We contemplated leaving at that point but knew that other places were closing. At one hour and 10 minutes out waitress finally came and told us that our order was about ready and asked if we wanted drinks. We said that would be really nice. Our order finally arrived and mine was not the right order. 15 minutes later our waitress finally returned and I asked her to fix it. She was gone and did return in a few minutes with my cold plate. I don't know where they got the cold piece of chicken to fix my order but even that was cold. I have my suspicions about that, but I was so hungry by this time I was ready to eat my shoe. I was so disappointed that I couldn't leave a tip. I normally feel obligated to do so, but I was so upset with the entire experience that I couldn't even talk with the manager when she came to ask if everything was alright. I felt bad about not explaining what was going on, but I would have been unkind. I preferred to just leave without even speaking to her. That is $67 that I regret spending. It will not happen again. Very disappointing.

We ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers with garlic fries at 6:29 the waitress said give us twenty minutes at 7:03 we walked out. I had gone back in at 6:49 there was two people in front of me and let me say it's a very small area. When we left, there was 15 people waiting. There was no apology to any one. Our burgers are burnt and so dry and cold, we ordered garlic fries and there just cold regular fries. They also give you a whole dill pickle for your burger. Oh let's not forget there is no sauce on the burger. So while waiting for our food I saw the sign that tells folks if your high risk order take out. Most of us there did order take out but wasn't getting waited on in a timely manner. Nor did they just come out and say I'm sorry and give us an excuse any would have done. When you pay $32 for two burgers you would expect a little better service.

Tess was very helpful giving us directions getting there. We walked in & sat at the bar which was very clean and sports channels on the TVs. Tess took our drink orders and gave us popcorn. I had the fish and chips and the other order was salmon which was VERY GOOD, moist and well cooked. Reasonable prices, the establishment wasn't busy at all about 2pm on a Wednesday. Manager came out & spoke to us as well. We will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I fell in love over a table of sticky finger wraps and burgers in 2005. We'd eat at Wingers all the time in college... and for a good reason! The food was good, portions were huge, and it was cheap! But, like too many good things, portions shrunk, recipes changed, prices went way higher and darn it, it's just not what it used to be! Though I don't really love Wingers anymore, I still love my husband, so that's a good thing. Our server, Taylor, was great and attentive. The store front is clean. They still serve popcorn at the table. It's cold inside, so a jacket isn't a bad idea. If you're driving through town and need food, and you aren't clinging to memories of what once was, it's decent.
