I've tried 3-5 times and the last several pizzas I've gotten are NOT as good anymore. It's just basic.. Kind of cardboard like crust this time even. But every pizza I get lately just plain, isn't as good as it was for the last... Idk couple years I think?

Placed phone order for curbside pickup, but when I arrived nobody answered the phone, so I had to go IN afterall-SUPER INCONVENIENT!!! On a previous night I called THREE TIMES (last call i let it ring until the system finally disconnected) PHONE WAS NEVER ANSWERED!!!

Every single time we order we NEVER get everything we ordered!! They forgot ranch and sodas AGAIN. When you call to complain they don't answer the phone and when they do you're put on hold forever! Our medium wings were not medium, they were suicide hot!!

The service was quick. And the pizza was delicious. ❤️❤️ . But the lady's bathroom light was so bad. I don't know I was in an horrible movie.. I hope the lights got fixed or got an new lights put in.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They would rather argue with their customers than admit they got your order wrong, even when you have the receipt that states what you ordered. The general manager Jeremy Hammer is the absolute worst customer service representative that I have ever met. He argued with me for 10 minutes, talking over me whenever I tried to speak, and he refused to listen to anything I was trying to say. He then hung up on me after I got frustrated because he would not listen to anything I was saying. Do not go here if you value getting what you paid for or if you have any food allergies because they will ignore your requests.

Covid really was a blow to Pizza hut. Because of staffing they had alot of problems. But I continued to go. I think they are making a recovery and think that now is a good time to make a visit and have a sit down lunch or dinner.

We were pleasantly surprised with our bill at this place! There was a special for 10 bucks for a large pizza and our bill was one third of our normal bill for eating out! To top it off, Ali served us and she was great! She even had a great personality and sense of humor. Good thing was, we had plenty of money to tip her well!

Our favorite stop coming from the rim country,,only a few left dine In Pizza huts left, food was great not over cooked just perfect, bread soft, wings on point, our server was an elderly lady, just a sweetie with a smile. It's going through some remodeling in the bathrooms so be aware only one available

I've eaten here a few times since our arrival in Payson but mostly I have made deliveries for them through Door Dash. They are one of my top rated restaurants to pick up from. They employees are fantastic and they are always ready when I walk in to pick up. Top Notch.

Visited with my 4 yo son, ordered large cheese pizza. Waited 25 minutes. Cost $10.59. Taste was fairly good. We were allowed to dine in. Workers wore masks and so did we. Half of dining area is not available. Workers were cheerful and helpful. They gave us plates and napkins.
