I am never going back to this place the service is horrific, they do not listen to what you order, I arrive and my wrong food is sitting on the counter cold and hard. No offer to fix it and the staff walk away! Not ever ever again! And this was what they called extra olives and charged $1.75 extra for on the pizza!

Omg this place has a drive thru which was awesome...I wish they had these in California. It was convenient and fast. The people working there are very polite and work fast and not to mention pizza is very good here, served warm and fresh.

I only write reviews when the service is below standard. This place can manage to screw up the most basic order - cheese pizza. EVERY TIME I order a cheese pizza, they put pepperoni on it.... **Every time**. I understand that they are high school kids, but if they can't get this right, they'll never go anywhere in life. 20-minute wait for the wrong order, again. PIZZA HUT is right down the block. They are way more professional. Give them your business. It's the same quality food, just better service, and less idiocy.

Never again. I’ll drive to casa grande location. All my toppings in the middle of the pizza. Asked for extra cheese didn’t get it but was charged for it. Called and asked for the manager or the owner and told they didn’t have one smh. Terrible!

I never judge a place from the first visit. I believe in second chances, unless I get sick from the food. Luckily that's not the case in this situation. Nothing more than a second chance failed. We ordered when we first moved to the area....we were so disappointed. The pizza was under cooked and not cut at all. The crazy bread was dough with butter on it. We didn't get our sauces. We basically had to toss it all in the oven as soon as we got home and cut it ourselves. Today was no different, pizza was undercooked it appears to be cut but it's not cut through. I might even have thought that this was different pizzas smashed together but since it's still basically one piece aside from the edges, I know that isn't the case. For some reason they decided that we didn't need pepperoni on the middle of our pizza. Again we had to toss it in the oven to finish cooking it and add our own pepperoni to fill in the center. The little girls that work there are nice enough but need better training or they need to hire employees with better work ethic or maybe a little bit older. Might be beneficial if the management here actually pays attention to what is going on and some of these reviews.

thank you guys and gals for cooking our pizzas, right before you closed. We were heading back from the hour drive from Mesa, back from my Mother's Wake/Viewing..her funeral is tomorrow and I appreciate you taking the order and having it ready so fast..It was perfectly cooked and fast thanks

Ordered fast food which is rare for me. And very tempted to not go to this location again, which is unfortunate cause it's so close by. Asked for extra most bestest pepperoni with crazy crust, and a crazy combo, person on the phone asked me to repeat the order 3 times... went to finally pick it up and they were already trying to overcharge me. Had to repeat my order again. Pizza did not have crazy crust, the crazy bread barely had the seasoning on it, and was overcooked..I regret even bothering and I love little Caesars

Update: I decided to give this location another chance and apparently they close whenever the employees are ready to. Tried to order online at 8:45 and kept having problems. I decided to drive over there and even though I got there over an hour before they were supposed to close the lobby was locked up. So I got gas and went to go through the drive through thinking maybe the lobby closes before 10 but the drive thru was open until 10. But I went through the drive through and when I pulled up to the window the employee literally ran to the back. Luckily Pizza Hut stays open until the posted closed time and doesn't intentionally dodge customers. Why even post store hours if you close an hour early? This the slowest Little Ceasars I've ever been to. I ordered online and showed up around the time it said my order would be ready and sat in the waiting room for 10 to 15 mins before anyone acknowledged my existence. I wasn't too concerned about them not acknowledging me at first because my order wasn't in the pizza portal. But I ordered at around 11:45. The app said it should be done between 12:22 and 12:27 then around 12:45 I was ask if I was waiting on them like people just come in to hang out in Little Ceasars. Lol I tell the lady what I ordered and that I ordered on the app and says "let me check" and disappears not saying another word to me until another 10 mins or so passed and I'm told "Your order is on the counter" as she walks out the door. They weren't rude necessarily. I'm not sure what happened that it took 30 mins longer than it was supposed to. I just moved out to Coolidge and this is my second time ordering from this location. The first time my order was ready when it was supposed to be but it was cold and part of it was wrong but the employees were extremely nice and helped remedy the situation. Today was a mess and the employees that were actually working looked overwhelmed.
