The Detroit Style pizza was good, but to call it a Supreme, I believe it should have more sauce and more toppings!

I was very disappointed with my last 2 experiences most recently my pizza was undercooked, missing toppings and no sauce. The outside of the restaraunt was covered in trash.. it was awful! The time before I was told to pickup my pizza before 11. I paid online and when I went to pick it up the place was completely closed down. They refused to give money back!! These were two separate palaces. One on Peoria ave and one off 27th ave in phoenix. I wish I could give a nice review but I have been screwed out of at least 59 from pizza hut

I have gone to this Pizza Hut the last three days, and it is closed. Sign on door and on line says it opens at 10:30. I was there close to 11:30. Other people pulled up also thinking they were open. Have no idea what the hours are here.

Pizza and wings were cold by the time I received them. Five out of the sixteen Honey BBQ boneless wings were just breading no chicken. Pizza hut used to provide parm, red peppers, and plates with deliveries. A little cost for lots of smiles. Driver was polite and courteous.

Usually do visits to local "non chain" pizzerias or deals from Domino's. Locals prices are challenging and the deals from domino's are great but quantity and distribution of toppings has really been disappointing so was very pleased with your pizza. Tasty, middle of the road pricing, nice staff, done when promised, all positive - will return

Loved Pizza Hut's traditional wings more than any place. But last time I ordered the driver hung up on me and never showed up (I was going to pay cash) but he put in I got my food/claimed my points. Not true. Tried calling the store multiple times who never answered. Tried to call this time 2 weeks later to try again and they kept telling me I can't put an online order over th phone and "transferred me to the store" which was just another representative who was the exact lady who just put me on hold pretending to be another lady...who did THE EXACT SAME THING again. I ended up hanging up. Will never order from this location again. I paid for my points and you guys take them because you are lazy. What a shame.

I've had bad experiences with Domino's. Pizza Hut has renewed my faith regarding order/pick up/delivery of pizza. Pizza Hut pizzas are always as ordered, fresh, hot and ready when wanted.

I ordered the big dinner box from this location. When i opened the box 4 pieces were stuck to the top of the box and fell on the floor the bread sticks are deformed and flat the honey bbq wings are dry.

New favorite: Butter garlic thin crust!!! Order online for a large two topping pizza $7.99+tax=$8.72 Staff is professional and courteous. Time for pick up is always accurate. UPDATE: Ordered a hand tossed pepperoni and mushroom, online and am VERY PLEASED with the taste, quality and promptness of pick up. 👍 Overcooked thin and crispy, mushrooms and pepperoni pizza. Still tasted good but would rather it be perfect - maybe it was an off day for the staff. We'll give it another try in the future. There are few choices in the area I would even consider.

Employees coughing like crazy making food. Yes they're wearing masks but not correctly. Super dirty. See the restroom alone. Hard pass on working or eating there anymore. Former Employee not disgruntled either. I didn't feel right working in that environment selling food under those nasty conditions. May 2020
