I had some work done there previously and really liked them. I needed some more work done recently. I asked to buy my own parts because there were no aftermarket parts for my window and I really didn’t want to buy from the local dealership. At first they said that would be no big deal at all, so I went ahead and bought the parts. I thought it was unprofessional that the next guy I talked to kept repeating how much a favor allowing me to purchase my parts was. I’m sure they make money by marking up the parts, but I’m not a fan of the local dealership.. I guess it’s all about the money and the second dude wanted his $50 sales commission. It was nobody’s fault, but we couldn’t arrange a good time soon enough to get my window fixed with them. They’re also kinda pricey.. some of the staff are pretty good there. I will probably go elsewhere.

Meineke is amazing, they were very quick about getting me in and fixing my lancer's abs and brake light and it was really affordable too. No hidden fees whatsoever. They were also really good about keeping me updated on the process of everything and my car was ready in 2 hours! Miguel was especially helpful and kind he is the person who helped me and was amazing. Definitely will be returning to Meineke for all my repairs! Service: Auto brake replacement

(posting on behalf of Chris M) I’m absolutely thrilled with the service I received. my AC wasn’t working and instead of going to the dealer like I usually do, a friend at work recommended Meineke to me. They are very convenient as they are open on Saturdays, they took me right away at my scheduled appointment time, and fixed my AC and replaced my burnt out headlight. They do not try to rip you off. They work with your budget and don’t try to scam you like 90% of the mechanics I’ve worked with in the past. Jason is a great manager and looks out for your best interest, I recommend this place100% for your vehicle’s needs. I recommend calling ahead to schedule your vehicle on weekends because they get busy and if you call ahead they will let you know how long things will take.
