Got first shingles shot (walked in), was told to come back in 2 months for second shot. Came back and was told I had to make an appointment. Tried to do that but automatic system would not accept my request for second shingles shot (kept trying to give me covid 19 shot). So I called pharmacy and tried to make appointment, they insisted I had to use automatic system and told me they could not help me. Also told me to stop yelling at them, I was trying to make my situation clear but was not yelling. Walgreen boycott Begins!

The rudest pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They never have my regular medications ready appropriately. I have zero clue why they cannot get together. And they are much too rude and rushed on the phone. Is it part of their training protocol to be ready to be absolutely rude to every customer that calls right off from the first sentence? I do not usually write bad reviews, but corporate needs to look into this store.

They are too busy for their own good. The young pharm tech failed to verify my insurance when I came to the counter to confirm that Urgent Care sent them my script. Then I called the automated service which gives no details other than “they’re working on it.” Gee, thanks. Please don’t expect someone who is ill to be sharp enough to remind you to keep your system updated. Busy or not, it’s what you are being paid to do, not me. So this caused a big delay in my script for antibiotics and I started them a dose later than I needed to. The experienced woman who fixed the issue was fine, but that was about 7 hours too late. I was still contagious for the weekend, when I often encounter people with health risks. I won’t be going back there anytime soon, except maybe to buy gum or snacks. Luckily, there are a few other pharmacies in town. Peace.

I am so fed up with the attitudes of the pharmacy staff that answer the telephone. One of these days I am going to snap back at them and just ask them what their problem is.... because it's everytime they answer the phone they speak in such a rude tone of voice and are snappy. There is probably 2 ladies Pharmacy Techs and 1 Pharmacist who have attitudes while talking to me every time. I'm not even on with them for no more than 3 mins. They talk fast so they can hurry you off the phone. If you were to ask a question, expect their tone of voice to sound even more unpleasant and they get snappy at you when answering a simple question...I mean how dare me ask a question about my medicine instead of just accepting how they talk to me and why they are being rude. I have been going to Walgreens in the valley for over 20+ years and have been completely satisfied with the staff down there. I moved up here in December of last year and every month multiple times I deal with the same issues with the staff. There has been only 2 other pharmacy staff that have been pleasant to deal with. I wish a Regional or District Manager for Walgreens can do a surprise undercover visit at this location and just see what everyone is complaining about so there can be new adjustments made and we can get new pharmacy staff that are all pleasant to talk to without feeling intimidated.

I have been to many many Walgreens as we move around the state. When I cold 2 point out a simple flaw in the technology of refilling a prescription, whoever was on the phone thought I must have had some agenda or something but didn't even wait two seconds until she pretty much turned so extremely rude. I would encourage the staff not to take it personal if their technology is not working. Basically in the last two months three separate times when I put a refill in it comes back as my primary care doctor denied the refill. When I call the office they don't even have record of anything coming to them. It happened the third time today and the pharmacist simply put the request in once again oh, and what would you know in about an hour it was approved. So something is going on and all I was doing is trying to alert the staff because I don't want my doctor to always have to make a new prescription. So needless to say it wasn't appreciated pretty much attacked on the phone not even wanting to hear what I had to say assuming that I was in the wrong the whole time when it obviously wasn't

Worst! I went in yesterday for a controlled substance and they excepted my Good Rx with no problem, but today went back to pick up my boyfriend’s prescription and they wouldn’t accept it. So they preceded to charge me over double the price!!! Worst company ever. Everyone is having a hard time right now and Walgreens just wants to stuff their pockets. Please check Good arc everyplace in town is wayyyy cheaper. The only reason I didn’t leave is my boyfriend said he liked the name brand, but he’s going to have to to find some other place

Store itself is conveniently located and easy to maneuver, clean. But the fact they don’t price match their own app, is pretty ridiculous. So expect to pay a premium on things just for walking in instead of ordering online. Saw some great prices online and figured I’d pop in, but Im not going to pay $10+ on my total purchase. The kicker is - you can order the web prices for in store pickup! So, I’ll go home, order it, and then the associates can waste their time getting it all ready for me to swing by tomorrow. Guess they want this place to close.

The pharmacist Cindy is awesome! The new pharmacy supervisor has zero compassion, lacking severely in empathy and indicates no desire to understand a patient's dilemma. I'm a retired firefighter and helicopter flight RN with 4 near death incidents therefore I have PTSD. The "new supervisor" was terse, cold and unhelpful. Thanks to her I can look forward to panic attacks in the near future.

RUDE PHARMACY STAFF!!! For 7 years I've had to endure rude staff, after today, NO MORE!!! The new Pharmacist KELLY is RUDE, IMPATIENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNKNOWLEDGABLE TO WALGREENS POLICIE . Read the review below mine about the fire fighter being treated so disrespectfully by her! Sad the store allows such behavior.

Extremely rude pharmacist - consistently bad attitude towards the people she is supposed to be helping. She interrupts, won't listen and won't help. These are sick people, many in pain or feeling very bad, coming to get their medications to relieve pain or symptoms. To be rude and ugly to people in need - does it get any worse? She was rude and nasty on the telephone and actually hung up on us when I asked her not to interrupt. I will go anywhere to any other pharmacy in town to avoid this rude behavior.
