Pharmacy workers are rude slow and extremely unprofessional. Last time I went there I heard a worker tell the customer that if she can afford the medication then she shouldn’t be on AHCCCS (Medicare). This was unnecessary and unprofessional. It’s also none of his business what kind of health insurance this person has. I’m changing to Fry’s pharmacy.

The lady at the drive thru Pharmacy Vivian with the green in her hair was very unprofessional and rude. I’m in so much pain and I need my medication and she said she couldn’t find me even though I’ve been to Walgreens to fill my prescription many times. I asked her a few questions and she got very irritated cause I was asking her a few questions

Waited for a bit for the pharmacy drive thru to open at 9 am, no big deal though, I wasn’t in a rush and I enjoyed my coffee. The service was great and my medications were explained to me (it was a guy w/glasses, I didn’t catch his name). But overall, I had a good experience.

I've been with this pharmacy for years and all the employees are great. I've had fantastic service from the pharmacy. Gina has been a tremendous help for our family, also Delores the pharmacist.

I just spoke with Julie from pharmacy and oh omg was she rude she sounded really angry when I would ask her to repeat the questions and even yelled, very bad customer service it’s honestly really sad that they won’t help!

The cashier was pretty rude, I had a gift card, she told me to run a credit... didn't work... she told me to call the number to set a pin, the card specifically says set pin on first use, she wouldn't let me try. I called the number... all automated, finally got to the set you pin prompt, says set it at first use... waited in line again, she had an attitude and was acting all smug she said, we'll see... never seen anything like that before... but she got switched out before my turn...well guess what rude lady... it worked! Thank you for wasting 15 minutes of my time just because you think you know everything!! And when i tried to let the manager know she just said ok and looked at me like it didn't matter! I can't believe what customer service has become... I will not come back to this Walgreens...

If they paid the staff better "NO not store managers" I think customers would be much happier. Think about it..... GIVE YOUR STAFF WHAT THEY DESERVE, & MAYBE YOU'D BE COLLECTING THE REVENUE YOU MASSIVELY PRODUCE IN THE PHARMACY! Is it really worth not paying well enough to have your Rx closed for an entire day? DO THE MATH!!!

Just switched to have a closer location. Bad move. First time stopping by. Closed @ 7pm. 2nd attempt sorry restocked. Third time i'll never set foot in a walgreens again. So step up your game please. Some people work from 5am to 7pm.

I requested a refill for my sons medication through the app, and when I went to pick up his prescription after the time the app said it would be ready; thee associate told me it wasn't even sent in through the app. I requested the refill two days ago, and I have never had a problem with refilling through the app. As I drove away without my prescription I seen a paper on the window that said they are short staffed. I get it, everywhere is short staffed. I would have rather been helped, and not been told something different than what the app told me!

Almost everyone in the Pharmacy department is rude, and don't want to do their job. I definitely will not be using this Walgreens for anything. You can't be rude and expect to keep having customers. CVS, here I come.
