Went in for drive thru covid test, waited 10 minutes in my car before someone acknowledged me. How hard is it to say were a little busy but well be with you shortly. That would have been nice.

If I could give them zero stars I would… The managers overwork their staff and they try to guilt trip their staff into covering others shifts just so they wont have to. The schedules are all over the place and they make them last minute so you have no time to plan. The staff there is mean and they have treated some of friends terrible when they’ve gone their to shop. By the looks of it, many have felt this way and something needs to be done about it!

-100 stars Definitely should have read the reviews before deciding to get my prescription sent here but then I again I've been terribly sick with the flu so that was the last thing on my mind. My husband went yesterday to pick up my prescriptions and his (also sick) and was told they only had my nausea medication and that they would have the others by Monday (today) he goes to pick up as soon as they open and is told #1 they don't have the medication to fill his prescription and 2 tried to say I only had one prescription then tried to say since mine wasnt picked up it was sent back to storage which makes absolutely NO SENSE whatsoever since he was there the day before to pick it up, so now they just don't have either of our prescriptions which is the exact same medication. You all should be ashamed of your selves. your job is to help and service ill people but you can't even do that..you all should be fired. We have lives and jobs to get back to but we can't do that if we are sick because you lie and practically refuse to give us the medicine we need to do so.

This pharmacy location is very unreliable. Twice I’ve tried picking up prescriptions only to find a sign in the drive thru window saying no pharmacist on duty so prescriptions couldn’t be dispensed, this was during business hours. Another time I attempted to pick up through the drive-through, and the shade was closed. When I went inside to pick up instead and asked them why the drive-thru wasn’t open I was told by the employee that it was too busy for him to handle both the drive thru & inside window, he said he was too old to handle that. Either staff your pharmacies adequately or close this pharmacy location, it’s a real pain to try & pick up a prescription only to find out the location is so short staffed they can’t have a pharmacist on duty during business hours. Not to mention people who really need their prescriptions are put in a predicament that could be life threatening if they can’t get them.

I recently moved my pharmacy from this Walgreens as the pharmacy staff was extremely rude and mean. Today I had to FedX something from their photo department and the lady there clearly took lessons from the pharmacy as she was extremely rude, mean and lacked any sense of wanting to help an elderly person mail something out. I will never go back there again...what happened to good old customer service?

Beyond disappointed, have been there 3 times for my prescription and they keep giving me thr run around that they need to order it, and when I do and show up when I'm told it will be there, they tell me they still have to order it. After I showed my disappointment they lady tells me "I don't see why you're so upset about this". Terrible customer service, they should work at a McDonald's

Pharmacist or whoever answered the phone is rude. We are sick patients and need help, we aren’t taking medication because we want to. Seems like we are such an inconvenience to them. We are the reason you have a job you jerk.

The customer service at this Walgreens is horrible and they do not value anyone's time. Waited on the inside for 10 mins to get a prescription and the line went no where. Decided to go through the drive thru instead had to wait another 10 mins for them to finish multiple COVID test only to be told the prescription is ready but the pharmacist is checking one last thing so drive back around and we will be ready for you. When asking the tech if they realized there were 4-5 cars behind me the response was yes, just drive around and by the time you wait it will be all set. This is unacceptable. If it was ready like I was instructed why am I now waiting a total of 30 mins for a prescription.

This location no longer carries many products & customer service has greatly depreciated 😒 After the recent remodel this Walgreens now GREATLY lacks in products & product variety. This location had always been my "Go to" for hair, hygienic, nail & beauty products but now I'm forced to shop elsewhere. During my last visit, there were only 2 options for hair gel (one cost aprox $2.88 & the other $17) neither were my son's favorite. My husband's preferred deodorant was no longer available. And regarding hair products, you can no longer get separate products from one brand (like wax spray, mousse, play spray, harder spray from Sexy Hair), unless mix match products from multiple product lines which usually have different scents. The only product line I saw that had a variety was Tresemme which I find stinks like bug spray. To make matters worse, the young female employee that night (March 29th, 2021) was extremely unpleasant. Don't ask her a question unless you want a rude response. She simply could've responded she didn't know how to help me or answer my questions instead of making absurd remarks that made no sense. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on, such a shame since this Walgreens location had been a favorite, quick stop of mine.

Walgreens is now the Tricare source for retired military prescriptions. We were pleased to be able to get our flu vaccine shots. Flu vaccines are especially important this year because of Covid19. We're both fully vaccinated with both Covid19 shots back in February. The flu vaccine helps prevent the flu, but also has the added benefit of ramping up our whole immune system again. Check out the CNN article showing how just haviing the flu vaccine resulted in 58% fewer hospitalizations among non-vaccinated Covid19 cases. This is critical for school students under 12 that are currently not eligible for the Covid19 vaccine. They can get at least some additional Covid benefits from simply getting the flu vaccine.
