Not sure where the low scores come from. I've filled here for years and have never had an issue. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and willing the help. The techs are friendly and also always willing to help. They will always have me as a patient! They have caught several errors from drug interactions to keep me safe and quickly resolved the issues.

I love this pharmacy and have been using it for years. The pharmacy techs are always nice and quick to help you. One of the pharmacists, Lindsey Valencia, is amazing! She always goes above and beyond to help people and truly cares about the patients she works with. She spent hours on the phone trying to get my little boy’s prescription sent over from the hospital when their system was having issues which meant so much to me! This pharmacy takes great care of my family and we will definitely keep using them in the future!

Train your employees better, especially your pharmacist and customer service reps. My Spanish speaking mother has told me multiple horror stories about your staff. The most recent is your pharmacy reps who were disrespectful because she doesn't speak perfect English. She was mocked, belittled and your reps continued to argue with her because she needed a refill. Instead of helping her figure out why this was occurring they instead turned her away with no help. On the phone and over the counter, you should be aware of this and should do something about it. There's a big Spanish speaking demographic here, there is no reason why in 2019 people need to be treated less than because their first language is Spanish. Its discrimination at its best.

Where do I begin? First off, So the kids (yes I'm referring them as "kids") at this pharmacy are not up to date with any forms of health care plans that are out there NOR do they provide any help with translating towards Spanish speaking customers. (let me remind you that this part of town has a vase majority of the Hispanic population) The service was very unprofessional and their method of not giving you a straight answer is very unnecessary. A simple "I'm sorry I dont have the answer to that.." would have been more acceptable then "I dunno.." or just stand there staring at you blankly when they can't answer a simple question. In the medical field I can understand it when things are not that simple. However,if you don't want to deal with customers and you're not knowledgeable in the business ordeal, find another profession. No one is forcing you to work in that field or in that service.

They very professional and know exactly how to help. Didn't take long at all for a prescription to get changed.
