Went to the deli at 11:55 to go get lunch for work it took them 20 minutes and average to make one little sandwich that guy didn't have nothing prepared and overall it was a cold sandwich and he marked it as a hot sandwich they need to be more kind to all kind of people not certain people only that goes to all Safeways

Misleading statement of price on bags of potatoes. Tried getting a refund at customer service and waited for clerk for at least 20 minutes while she took forever to do a WU check. I gave up and ended up just going and retrieving the item I had bought. It will be a long time before I shop here after this horrible waste of my time.

Very nice, professional and courteous young man working in the produce department. He is a REAL asset to their store! Many kudos to him for going above and beyond to assist me! I wish I'd have caught his name. Was a bit of a disappointment at the ONE register being open 🙄. Evidently the company has taken a cue from Walmart on self checkout. The senior population knows this is availability to employment reduction, as well as taxes and benefits for people that want to work. It's shameful!

This Pharmacy should be rated a 0! A prescription of mine was sent here accidentally. My Dr. needed to cancel it before it could be filled at my pharmacy. 6 hours later, and my Dr.s office nor myself was able to get them to answer their phone! SIX hours they did not answer the phone! Horrible horrible service for any business let alone a Pharmacy! I’ll never step foot in this store again!

Clean, friendly, and well stocked. The bakery is so delicious inside. I love to get a slice of cake and a coffee at Starbucks. We have a low amount of cafe here, so this hits the spot. Such delicious well made pastry ♡

The store is usually very clean. All of the staff in the meat dept are sweet. Manny the manager very sweet guy as well and always has a smile and so polite. I can't stand the self checkouts they installed not my thing. Shelves are usually stocked and staff don't fight you with rain checks. I wish this one has a sushi bar in it as I'm not a fan of Starbucks.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and today I had enough. I like to smoke beef jerky on my grill and in order for me to do that I need to make trips to Safeway so that I can get 2 to 3 pounds of London broil sliced by the butcher. I probably come in once a month but since I’ve been coming here there are two individuals that are butchers that seem to have a problem with me when I ask for their services. When I asked them politely if they had time to cut London broil for me at a setting of number six on their slicer they automatically change tune and they give me an attitude. Today when I asked, the person grabbed the box that was under his cart picked it up and slammed it on the counter after I asked him to cut me up some London broil and as he was doing that I said to him all right, I’m gonna go shopping I appreciate it and he never said anything to me or even acknowledged the fact that he was going to cut it. I was extremely close to going off on the guy but I thought it was in my best interest to walk away. I did tell myself that when I returned to the counter if the butcher didn’t at least show me some kindness and say something or provide normal customer service I was going to say something but when he finished packing a cup of the London broil I said thank you and he did in fact say you’re welcome but that doesn’t erase the fact that he gave me an attitude. I’m not going to describe the two individuals on social media, all I’m going to say is that if the store does not want to provide services such as cutting certain types of meats for customers then get rid of that all together. However if you’re going to provide a service the least people can do that are actually providing services to be nice to the customer. I don’t think I’m gonna take a chance going into Safeway anymore, I think I’m gonna go to Fry’s across the street. The one time I went into Fry’s across the street the butcher did not give me a problem at all, in fact after he sliced the first slice he came out and showed me if it was OK. The only reason I don’t go to Fry’s is because they don’t always have a butcher on hand to cut the meat whereas Safeway does but I’m gonna take my chances elsewhere.

I always shop here. I needed a cake. Unfortunately they didn't have the design I wanted, I spoke to Tangela and told her the toys I had for it. She told me if I would let her design it and be free to create. I left it in her hands and she did not disappoint. My son loved his cake.
