Just purchased a sectional couch here. I tried to buy it the day before, no one could tell me the price or if a new one was in the back room, so i gave my name and info was told someone would call me, no call. Called and spoke to the manager, was told nothing was in the back. Went today, was told a whole new set was in the back room. Ended up buying it. Took it home to find I was given 2 left end chairs and missing the right. So I called and of course, no one can help tonight. Was told to leave my name and number to get a call tomorrow. The manager that I spoke with in the evening was not helpful at all and kept interrupting me while I was talking. Seems like no one knows how to communicate in this store. I shop here multiple times a week because it is my local frys but I really wish they would get it together and act like they value their customers.

Great store, shelves are meticulously packed out and great prices, let it be noted that they don't accept credit cards, only debit, cash or checks. Don't use debit so we'll do smaller shopping but continue to shop here

I went in to get an exchange for some cream cheese and Daniella... I think how you spell it she's got shorter hair, and this other kid....he has curly hair kinda taller don't know his name but they were both very nice! Kept smiles on their faces and we're very personable. Great customer service from both of them! Deserve a raise!!!

Ive been going to this fry’s for a few years now and usually have good experiences. But today at the self checkout aisle, an employee named Tammy was very rude and literally watched over my shoulder as I was checking out. It felt racially motivated that she would only keep an eye on me and my husband checking out but not give that same energy to the other people around. Also, I didn’t appreciate how disrespectful she was being to her coworkers. She yelled out at one “ do your job !” In front of everyone in the self checkout aisle. I felt so bad for her colleagues

Visited here for the first time and absolutely love this location! Super clean and organized store, compared to some other ones I have been to this one is by far the best looking one.

I don't review things but I have to warn customers about the extreme soliciting that goes on at this location. Men following women to their car to ask for money and today a couple guys are catching people with their rap cd and handing them out with expectations of a "donation". Beyond uncomfortable

This store really needs to re-evaluate their COVID policy. They don't have enough people working there to properly take care of their customers, I have a baby and am constantly bagging my own groceries while holding my baby. Drop your mask mandate for employees and I bet more people will be willing to work there.

This is a nice Fry's but the one on Camelback and Litchfield is still superior. The produce section is nice, a big floral section, salad bar and sushi too. It's clean and well laid out. They are not very attentive to the parking lot and it's a big risk to park, you may get a dent in your car from unattended carts that are left in the lot.
