Based on the reviews I was leery to use this location. Boy, was I surprised! I have been there half a dozen times now and the staff was polite, helpful, courteous and anxious to help me, both inside and at the drive thru. I am very pleased with the staff at this location.

Coupons never work and the employee have a bad attitude when it comes to the coupons. " If it doesn't work I can't do nothing about it so either buy it with no coupon or don't buy it" they never price check it

To whom it may concern, I visited the location today , March 14,2022. I had an order for a poster and some prints. The staff made a huge fuss about what I printed off, I understand they are doing their job, but they should be better trained on the policy and informing the customer . The one lady who helped me said I needed to fill out a copy right form , I have no clue what that is. I asked and she said she was talking to the radio. I had to ask another time and still never got a clear answer from her. The manger had to explain which it doesn't make sense . I asked who will this being going to and I was met with no clear answer just the people at Walgreens. I felt very uncomfortable with the situation on filling out a form without explaining it to me on whos going to see it . with someone who has really bad anxiety this caused a panic attack when I got home. I was able to print images off google before without any issues. I think the store should be consistent with their rules because that doesn't leave a good experience with the customer.

Walgreens is always cleans and workers are always nice the pharmacists always are helpful and work very hard for you

Arrived here about 2:30P.m.To pick up my picture order well silly me didn't submit the order no big deal I'll submit now pick up later then the cashier in photo says well if u want to wait will only take 10 to 15 mins I said o really ok ill walk around do some shopping and 35mins goes by im standing in line waiting for my pic order mind u its 3:34 time on my order confirmation is 3:40 and its my turn and guess wat .....my pics haven't even been started the lazy girl in photo had newbies doing all work well she in back doing who knows what ridiculous so my pick up time was 3:40 I walked out of store at 3:38 with no pictures and being told I was to wait another 30 to 45mi s ridiculous Walgreens get ur employees together

Told me that my insurance does not cover crestor and it does, also some of the laidies in the pharmacy talk like they are about to fall asleep whats that about ?? Get some coffee folks am talking to you betty and the new girl

Was here last night was greeted, by a very nice employee. And saw this. I had to post. Do you see it? Top shelf.... They sell vibrators. Which is good to know since the second box I just bought on Amazon had to wait a day and a half. I could have walked here and got it here the same day for the same price.

I have been going to Walgreen's for over twelve years and Staff Members come and go but, the Customer Service is excellent. The Manager is always working to improve the quality of its employees and the store is never cluttered, the isles are free and clear even on Truck Days. The Pharmacy Staff Members in management are great and very knowledgeable and helpful. I used to go to their competitors but, I found they were very rude and uncaring. Me. I'm bias because , I use to be employed there and if you want to be trained for another department they'll get you where you want to be.

I walked in yesterday, was not greeted, which is fine. I walked around cosmetics for five minutes looking for an item. The cashier was doing a reset which was more important than asking any customers if they were finding everything okay. The cashier, a younger lady with brown hair in a ponytail, kept looking at me, but refused to say anything. Two other employees, both women, walked past and didn't say a word. Needless to say, I took my business to CVS down the street.

Update: It has been many months since I have been here ... The store looks cleaner, the shelves are stocked and everyone was friendly. Offered raincheck for out of stock product. Update - Product increase from $10.99 to $15.99 in a week. Whoa - crazy.
