Not going to be coming back here unfortunately. Long lines, not that friendly employees and unorganized isles. Not sure if they’re understaffed or have new employees but there’s better CVS nearby.

Pharmacy staff is very rude and has made several clerical errors over the past few years when fulfilling my prescription requests. Avoid this pharmacy, and go elsewhere.

This is my first time dealing with this pharmacy and probably the last. Been sitting on hold for 1 hour. Bet if I drive there nobody will be at the counter!

This place has a 1 star rating for a reason. I should have known better. I made an appointment several days ago for my son to get a vaccine. I filled out all insurance info and lots of other information on the CVS website. When I showed up with my 8 year old for his shot at the appt time, Betty in the pharmacy said she couldn't locate his appt or any of the info I had provided. She scribbled down a number on a piece of paper and told me to call the number for them to locate the appt. I had to hang up and call the number more than once because the CVS number line was broken and kept sending me to the wrong place and couldn't understand me. I brought this to her attention and she shrugged me off. I finally got in touch with a rep on the phone that had a hard time understanding me and was struggling to speak English. I had to slowly spell my son's name to her over 20 times. So many times my son was in the background cracking up. Before the conversation the rep told me she would just make another appt for me today. So after going through a lot of questions, she tells me that she can't make another appt. What a total waste. I mentioned this to Betty and she slammed her hands on the table in frustration and shrugged me off, acting frustrated that I was asking her questions about the appt I had made and where all the information I provided went to. I left because nobody would help me. I called Walgreens in my vehicle and made an appt in less than 10 minutes for a few minutes later. Lesson learned: STICK WITH WALGREENS and pay attention to Google ratings!

Place is HIGHLY under-staffed you prescription will be filled 48-72 hours and you get to wait in the pharmacy line that is at-least 20 people long. Its a joke at best

ngl the rate of this CVS is a little scary, but i did experience a good service yesterday! the nurse was so nice and helped me a lot! other employees were friendly, too! :))

I had the sassiest person at this CVS pharmacy. I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot. The tech who said he would give me my shot basically ignored my existence after I checked in. I waited for 20 minutes for him to come give my flu shot and he decided to continue taking people in line. Absurd! When I called him out for it, he gave me major attitude. Needless to say, after that encounter I didn’t feel very comfortable being injected by this tech. Absolutely hate this location - never had an issue with CVS before this. Completely switched over everything to Walgreens.

I've tried calling the pharmacy on multiple occasions over 6 weeks as a doctor, individual, every way possible. They never answer. The one time I got to the manager he said it as a phone system issue. That was at least 6 weeks ago. I block them from calling me about a prescription 2 weeks overdue, (I'm not sick anymore) and their calls still come through Argh. First review in my life - and I'm old! They don't deserve 1 star much less 5.

i will never return to this CVS or any other location. They closed the pharmacy for days and there was no one answering the phone. As a provider, I could not get through- I was on hold for over an hour each time. The general store manager stated that they do not enough staff. They promise to fill something and then after waiting in line for 40 minutes- script wasn’t filled! I cannot believe CVS functions like this! It can be very dangerous and life threatening if patients aren’t able to get the medications they need! Hate to say it, I am moving all my family’s prescriptions out of there.
