CVS

Donā€™t ever come to this CVS, they waste your time. The first time I can my prescription wasnā€™t ready and I figured i could wait. The second time I forgot my cvs pharmacy card. They said they would be so generous as to offer me a discount on my $900 cream so i could pick it up. The discount? $700. I figured Iā€™d just come back with my CVS card. The third time I came in they said they didnā€™t have authorization from my insurance, which they never mentioned the previous two times. The fourth time they told me that the computer thought they had run out of my medication so the prescription was not actually filled. It wasnā€™t until the fifth time and 6 days after my prescription had been sent here by my doctor was I finally able to pick it up with out paying a ridiculous amount. Iā€™m thankful this wasnā€™t for a life saving medication, just a simple cream. ~Samantha

CVS

This place has a 1 star rating for a reason. I should have known better. I made an appointment several days ago for my son to get a vaccine. I filled out all insurance info and lots of other information on the CVS website. When I showed up with my 8 year old for his shot at the appt time, Betty in the pharmacy said she couldn't locate his appt or any of the info I had provided. She scribbled down a number on a piece of paper and told me to call the number for them to locate the appt. I had to hang up and call the number more than once because the CVS number line was broken and kept sending me to the wrong place and couldn't understand me. I brought this to her attention and she shrugged me off. I finally got in touch with a rep on the phone that had a hard time understanding me and was struggling to speak English. I had to slowly spell my son's name to her over 20 times. So many times my son was in the background cracking up. Before the conversation the rep told me she would just make another appt for me today. So after going through a lot of questions, she tells me that she can't make another appt. What a total waste. I mentioned this to Betty and she slammed her hands on the table in frustration and shrugged me off, acting frustrated that I was asking her questions about the appt I had made and where all the information I provided went to. I left because nobody would help me. I called Walgreens in my vehicle and made an appt in less than 10 minutes for a few minutes later. Lesson learned: STICK WITH WALGREENS and pay attention to Google ratings! ~Jinger

CVS

Iā€™m so sick of the pharmacy!!!! Literally as we speak , Iā€™m currently on hold for going on, 50 mins . They never answer the phone, they never have my meds on hand. So now at 6pm when they close; no one ever took my call. How disrespectful of the staff, seeing as I have a medication thst can cause seizures if stopped abruptly. And no ifs not an opiate to those who read this and perceive my frustration as someone who wants a fix. Im found to br switching pharmacies as soon as I find anotjer who takes my insurance . Fingers crossed thst I donā€™t get a seizure. Thanks cvs šŸ‘ ~Tyler

Walgreens

Usually Walgreens is a wonderful place to go to and work with. I do not recommend this location at all. David and their manager were not helpful at all. They owe me $31.39 back. And fail to make it simple or easy to have this refunded after they said they would do one because of their mess up. After failed attempts of trying to go in person while David specifically is there (thatā€™s what he told me to do was ask for him) and many hours of calling and going in. I asked for a gift card instead of a card refund. He stated they could do that, but only if we physically come in person. Well, Iā€™m sorry but you are not in when we have tried, and you are putting me through the ringer. Even after me getting frustrated and stating I do not like your attitude he said ā€œwell you started itā€ how professional and nice to deal with. Thanks for wasting my time and money. ~Sarena

CVS

I had an awesome customer experience with Elizabeth this past Sunday. She was working the register and was very courteous, patient and pleasant. Honestly she was probably the friendliest, nicest customer service rep I've interacted with in a store all year. She was so nice and really helped make my experience in the store a great one. Those jobs are not easy, dealing with people all day, but she was fantastic. I'm grateful I got to meet her. ~Scott

CVS

The employees that work here are incredibly helpful and friendly. A few months back I had some issues with my disposable camera being returned, and all of the employees went out of their way to help me the best they could. The store is always clean, and very well stocked as well! I love coming here. ~Carm

Walgreens

*Specifically just rating my Covid booster and flu shot administration experience here for those who would just appreciate knowledge of Covid safety standards before signing up to visit a provider. As of 10/10/22.* I booked my appointment online beforehand and filled out the two-page (one page double sided) paperwork beforehand as well. Always a good idea, when possible, to make an appointment vs. trying to get a vaccine on a walk-in basis, I think. It turned out the form was just for the flu shot, so there was another almost identical form to fill out for the Covid booster too. Not a problem, just wish the Walgreens site/confirmation email would have provided both. As far as masking goes, itā€™s fully optional in the store and most patrons do not partake. The pharmacy tech/assistant at the register wore a surgical mask. The two other workers (who I believe were a tech and a pharmacist) in the pharmacy were not masked. One coughed every couple of minutes and made no attempt to cover his mouth, though I think they coughed with their mouth closed ĀÆ\_(惄)_/ĀÆ The vaccine administrator turned out to be the third person in the pharmacy, which is why I believe they are a full pharmacist. They had a surgical mask on when I walked in the vaccination/clinic room. The administration was fairly quick and not noteworthy in terms of pain with the injectionā€”par for the course. The provider did start taking off their mask before I had left the room after administering the vaccines. I was told to wait a few minutes (I think 6-8?) to make sure I didnā€™t have an adverse reaction, but that I did not need to inform the staff of whether I was feeling ok after that time passed. Iā€™m not sure about the ventilation in the store, so I canā€™t speak to that. Iā€™m glad that at the bare minimum, the vaccine administrator put on a surgical mask for the administration. A couple of improvements Iā€™d like to see around Covid and general respiratory health measures: - mandatory staff and patron masking (at LEAST pharmacy staff and patrons) with KN94/N95 masks or better - intentional air quality improvements, including HEPA air purifiers and optimized HVAC filtration, with status made transparent to all (e.g., CO2 levels displayed, air purifier filter status shown) Overall, Iā€™m rating this four stars for Covid precautions, which is definitely too generous but because the bar is now so low, what I saw/experienced here was actually better than I expected in the area of masking. ~Renee
