The employees that work here are incredibly helpful and friendly. A few months back I had some issues with my disposable camera being returned, and all of the employees went out of their way to help me the best they could. The store is always clean, and very well stocked as well! I love coming here.

Make sure you shop around before getting scripts filled. Go to GoodRx CVS has very high prices. I saved $50 by getting my script filled at Fry’s, and going out of network, versus having it filled at this CVS location. When I asked for a cheaper drug, the one the script was written for was $230, the pharmacist said it would be 1-2 days before she could call the provider to secure approval on a different script. This was not acceptable as my daughter had an ear infection that needed to be treated immediately. We opted to use GoodRx, go out of network and pay a fraction of the cost.

This CVS (and several others) go above and beyond with customer service. Friendly, helpful, assist with any extracare issues, etc. Pharmacy itself needs some additional staffing as they are always busy, and one newer employee is dreadful and not fit for customer service (can't remember her name). They also have some supply chain issues, but that's pretty common.

Extremely disappointed! Called to check if something was in stock,because unfortunately the website says they have it in stock but when you go get the item it is never there. Thats why i call in advance to make the trip. Made the call made the trip remind u i live east mesa so my trip was more than 30 mins. I trusted the person telling me yes we have the item ,instead of him going to go check. So yes waisted 1 hour , waisted gas . And now i am still without this item! Get ur people to be good employees please . Because knowing you are the only store who makes this item its unfair for us to be doing this back and forth! Thanks.

Begging to check out with human. Rang bell twice. Went and found guy so close to me . Don’t these people know their job will be replaced by self check our. Put in phone # still didn’t get 40 percent off as due and on app. Came here because the other location was so bad. Used to be my favorite. No more of this location. Will try one more CVS then I’ll go to Walgreens.

Whoever manages this pharmacy needs to wake up to the needs of customers. There was a line 5 deep and the 3 employees behind the counter were letting the older woman (the 4th, who was moving very slowly) handle all the walk up traffic and to make matters worse the 3 were chatting as if at a cocktail party. Gee whiz people. What happened to we serve the customers as they pay our bills/salaries. Not that difficult to grasp for those that live life with eyes open...

Thank you for reading the Honest Reviews4u! This review is for the store only. This CVS is very spacious and bigger than most CVS's stores. The location is very clean well organized and fully stocked. It even has a wine section with a variety of selections to choose from. The cashier was very friendly and polite. Overall I really enjoyed visiting this store. My only recommendation is to greate every customer walking in. Other than that I highly recommend this place! 👍

I tried to use the pharmacy here to fill a prescription using my insurance through work. First attempt was via the CVS website, and although I received a confirmation email the pharmacy had zero record of it. Trying to fill with them in person did no good either. The gal at the counter seems pretty incompetent since I had to constantly repeat my information. She at one point wrote down my information and asked me to wait while they placed a phone call. So I sat for 45 minutes in the waiting area next to the stinky restroom. The phone call was never made and I once again had to repeat all my information to her. I have zero confidence in this location and will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere.
