A representative of Dillard's Scottsdale was hands down the best service I've received in a long time. I was in on Saturday but I'm so bad with names but I remember faces and remember she said she was a new Assistant Manager for the store so I'll definitely return with management like that running the store. She said hi with a genuine smile when she saw me and then asked if I needed any help finding something (which I rarely get approached anywhere these days) and I told her what I was looking for. She introduced me to a salesperson and made sure to ask them to take good care of me to which they did. Later I passed by and she recognized me and was so nice to have a friendly conversation and asked if I was taken care of. Great service is definitely on her mind! will definitely be back!

I was shopping in the Tommy Bahama and Polo sections. As I walked by the section across the walkway from Tommy Bahama, a salesperson literally shouts 'when you're ready to check out, I can help you over here.' I went to Tommy Bahama where this older gentleman was helping me. He rang me up and when I was leaving I told the shouting guy that the older salesperson had already been helping me. He told me 'not a problem' but did it in such of an angry tone that it was hard to grasp any sense of sincerity out of it. That said, older gentleman (and I'm no spring chicken so when I use that term, it only means that he is probably around retirement age or more)....was extremely polite, sincere, carried on a conversation, etc. that he completely makes up for the other guy. 'older gentleman' is a 10 in a world of 6's and 7's (and 3's lol ;-) ).

OMG, a HUGE Dillards! Shopped here while on vacation, could not believe how large it is. Our Dillards back home would fit in just the cosmetics dept, LOL. Very well stocked - VERY. Great customer service, helpful but not intrusive. Easy access with parking both in garage and surface lot. If you can't find it here you don't need it!. Selections are extensive and decent pricing, so go see for yourself how awesome this Dillards is! Recommended

Any time that I need a dress my very first stop is ALWAYS to visit Sally in the ladies dress department. She has been taking care of us for years now and has exceeded our expectations!! It’s so refreshing to receive customer service from someone who loves their job and knows their product and wants to build relationships with their customers. Thank you Sally for all that you do for us!! We appreciate you more than you know!!

A very upscale dillards. Probably one of the cleanest and most well maintained malls I've seen. Not just Dillard's but the entire mall. Definitely worth checking out if you wanna see some crazy stores. Very nice staff as well. Helped out to what I needed very quick

Clean store. Fun accessories! This hot number reminded me of an alien character from Sesame Street. I was only disappointed in the limited selection of business dresses. I miss my PV location.

Use to be one of my favorite stores. However their customer service is now terrible. They are a very greedy company, they are a higher end store but have an undisclosed monthly return amount apparently. You might return one thing or no things and exceed that amount. They really want you to sign up for their credit card then they “will take anything back” but without that it is a “one time consideration” biggest joke ever. I’m sure I will get the generic response on this review from “the owner” which appears to be copy and pasted for all 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews. Just goes to show that they are all about “customer service”. I would recommend looking at their yelp reviews (2 star total) those are a more realistic representation about how this store is. (Most rude management you will ever meet, we met with the manager Bianca which to say the least very rude and a big part of the reason I will never be shopping there again)

Went Homecoming dress shopping to the mall .Out of all the shops and department stores..Dillard's had tge best selection. It was a little hard to navigate the huge store, but the staff was helpful and nice .The prices on the dresses were surprisingly affordable and were of good quality. Great shopping experience.
