I would give more than 5 stars, if I could. They cleaned a hand tied silk rug for us, we stored it for 2 plus years, due to a puppy. When we were ready to use it again, Mike and his team arranged to come, move furniture and put it back for us. The carpet looks great. They arrive both times on time. This was an excellent experience.

Kimberly was fantastic! We had a tricky layout/shape requirement and some unusual colors we had to coordinate. The selection of rugs was extensive; we had several that would have worked. Kimberly was helpful but not high-pressure, exceedingly patient - it took two trips to our home to finalize the rug selection - , and meticulous in noting which rugs we liked, and their exact sizes. The teams she brought to demo the rugs were top notch. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant.

Happened to meet the owner of Azadi Fine Rugs in Sedona while hiking. Stopped into their gorgeous store in Tlaquepaque and asked if they happen to repair rugs — our border collie puppy had just chewed deeply into three heirloom rugs and we feared they were a total loss. Mike came to our home in Phoenix to pick up the rugs and then called with a quote for their repair and cleaning. All three came out beautifully, and I can’t even see where the repairs were made. So totally happy that Azadi provides this service! I highly recommend them and they carry an amazing inventory if you are looking to buy. Thank you Azadi Fine Rugs!

After water damaged two antique Navajo rugs that were family heirlooms, we contacted Azadi in hopes of being able to save the rugs. Mike Sheldon came to the house to assess the rugs, took them back to the shop in hopes of being able to "de-bleed" and clean. Unfortunately there was too much damage (bleeding, moldy/mildewy smell, etc.). Working with all Azadi locations we were able to find 2 similar rugs for replacement. This was an easy process, great communication and while we are sad to have lost the 2 rugs, we have two lovely Navajo rugs as replacement. Thank you Mike and Azadi rugs!!

From the moment I entered the Azadi showroom until the day my rug was returned I had the best customer experience I have had in a long time. A small rug I had purchased in Turkey was almost ruined by my dog. I had tried everything to get the odor out and couldn't. Mike Sheldon at Azadi took the rug, which required special treatment because it was not color fast, and returned it looking and smelling like the day I bought it and all for a very fair price. Mike even returned it in person because he was in the area working with another customer. Thank you Azadi, you have a customer for life!

My parents live in Scottsdale and I have been driving past this place for years. Was always curious. My dad had some Native American rugs that are 30 years old. The gentleman that owns the store has a rich history in the business and was amazingly knowledgeable. The rugs in the store are beautiful and can be hung as art pieces as well. Really cool place to check out.

Amazing showroom! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and help me make the right choice on my rugs! They have an unbelievably large selection to choose from, and when I couldn't quite decide which ones to narrow it down to, they offered to take the rugs to my home that same day so I could see them in my own place! Unbelievable service! 2 hours later, we were at my house and their wonderful crew moved my furniture, placed the rugs, and put the furniture back on, and I felt like the rugs had always been a part of my home! This is the most Service-oriented company I have ever experienced! I highly recommend them!

Azadi Fine Rugs is the best place in town to find high quality, antique, hand woven, gorgeous rugs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They are great with ideas and suggestions. It's amazing how the perfect rug can transform and give the finishing touches to a room. I highly recommend them.
