Had what we were looking for patio blinds casa grande home depot DID NOT. would had given a 5 star but there were no registers open it was self check out only a bit of a wait. Very nice to see the store have what casa grande does not

This order was supposed to be curbside pickup. It even shows that in the emails and texts. I followed the instructions and notified through the app that I was on my way, then upon arrival I clicked I was here and entered the space number. after 20 min I replied again only from the text link this time and filled out all the info including space number and phone number. After 15 more min I called the "customer service" number and it rang for several min then went to music on hold with lots of commercials telling me how good their service is. I waited on hold for several min and then went into the store and got in line. There were 2 lanes open and I still had my call open on my phone on hold. When it started ringing the lane one phone started ringing and the cashier hit the reject button and it went back to hold. After a few more min cashier 2 motioned me over and I explained that I had been waiting for over 30 min now in curbside and he rolled his eyes and said, well we are short handed right now and not doing curbside. Too bad no one told the customers. The management is not doing their job here for sure. It's 103 outside here in AZ and with gas prices this high I have to sit and run the car waiting for someone that isn't coming out. The Target store 2 miles from this store will have your order out in 3 min with no issues and I use them once a week. Home Depot needs to study their system and learn how to make happy customers. Lowes from now on for me! Closing my HD card and getting a Lowes card. This isn't my first bad experience here but my last.

Tool rental - it always seems to be something with this location. The employee in the morning that handles the tool rental section has no customer service skills, he is extremely rude and they need to fire Mr cranky. We’ve been renting tools and equipment from Home Depot for about 16 years and there’s always something that causes us to loose time and money. As a business, you can’t do business with companies that effect you negatively. Home Depot you just lost a loyal customer since your employee gave my employee such a hard time & caused us to loose time and money

Love this place! Theres something either within or about this place that has truly sparked a passion or emotional contentment and satisfaction deep in my heart. It seems im so infatuated about this store that im constantly looking forward to having work to do so i can go back... Its a toys r us store but for adults or just the child within...

I’ve had problems with 2 of the same kind of grill, a 500 dollar grill I got on sale for 300 dollars. The employees have blown me off for 2 days while I have tried to get a working one even if it costs 300 dollars. They told me to drive to there location to pick up missing parts at closing hours then refuse to let me in to pick them up because they’re closed. The next day I get the part and the brand new grill I got from them doesn’t work. They proceeded to act like they were trying to help by getting receipt info, then hanging up and not calling back, then leave me on hold until the store closes. I don’t understand why I have to go through so much trouble just to get a working grill and why the employees have no interest in actually trying to help. I love Home Depot, but some of these employees need to learn basic customer service.

Miserable experience buying laundry appliances. After purchasing online, I received a call stating that they no longer carry the machines I ordered. I used the text service who then told me that they just didn’t have inventory and would reschedule the delivery date. That day came with no call and I inquired to get my delivery window, only to be told they still had no inventory. They rescheduled again for a Saturday with a delivery window of 5-9pm. On that Friday I logged in to see that my window was moved to 4-8pm. At 1:30 on Saturday the driver called to tell me he’d be there in 30 minutes. I was 40 minutes away so I told him I’d be there as soon as possible. The delivery went great but as instructed, I contacted the store to be compensated for missed work awaiting two previous deliveries that never took place. Lucia was the manager that was supposed to resolve this. She initially told me that because I purchased the appliances on sale, they wouldn’t offer compensation(apparently buying things on sale at HD means you should expect to get mistreated). She later called to tell me they would credit me 10% of the order. It was a fraction of my loss, but I accepted nonetheless. I received notification from AmEx that I had been credited $80.78 for an order of $1807.40. When I called to point out the discrepancy, it was as if I was teaching middle school math to a manager of the Home Depot. They’ve since emailed a receipt with no adjustment, explanation, or reply email address.

I visited this particular store because I needed to return a defective product that I'd purchased at a different location. The staff at this store was fantastic! Debbie, in customer returns, speedily handled my transaction with a smile! She even gave me some great product recommendations. Bob, in millwork, also delivered superb customer service, as he thoroughly accommodated my request to make sure my replacement product was not defective as the first was. It turned out that together we discovered there was a manufacturing error in the whole batch of the product I needed and Bob got on the phone and spoke with the manufacturer directly. It didn't resolve my getting the product in hand during that visit, but what an awesome team member he is to take my concern directly to the top, and probably save other customers the same difficulty I had. Poor customer service in the kitchen/appliance department. I'm working on remodeling my kitchen and wanted to get that process started. Chuck booked Rita Thomas to come do some measurements and assessment of my kitchen so they could start the design. Rita assured me that I should hear from someone in about 3 or 4 days since she came on a Friday. After 6 days of not hearing back I called Rita to see what was going on. She stated that she had sent everything to them but that they could be on vacation so perhaps that was the delay. Gave it a few more days and I called the store and left a message. Chuck called back and said that they had only received the paperwork a day or so ago and that they need a day or two to get the design started and Georgia would call me back to set an appointment to get my kitchen designed. Two days passed nobody called. I called once again and spoke to someone else, he told me Georgia was out to lunch but would leave a message to call me back that same day. It's now been two days since and still waiting to get called back. I guess they don't want my money. These employees lack accountability and rather blame one another for their shortcomings instead of owning up to their lack of communication and attempting to provide better customer service. Needless to stay I wont be using Home Depot for my kitchen remodel since they can't even handle booking the initial design session, and now I have zero confidence in their ability to design, order and install a whole kitchen.

Absolutely DO NOT buy lumber here if you can. The products are fine but you will be waiting a minimum 15 minutes for someone to come and cut anything. Not sure what the organization is at the store, but it certainly isn't great.

The store its self is adequate enough. It just seems like the employees they have hired lately have no clue about building or the type of items you need. You ask them for a specific item and they tell you there at a stock or they don't carry it , but when I went to go look for myself I found the items. Every time I ask for help they say yes I'll get someone for you and no one ever shows up you have to ask 4-5 times before anyone comes to help.
