Flooring section was super helpful. Cabinet and counter section acted like we were bothering them and asking stupid questions. We talked to two different people in that department hoping to get better service with the second person. Nope! Those guys in cabinets need to find a new line of work where they don't have to interact with people.

I love the selection but customer service at this location is terrible I have been in on 4 separate occasions to buy lumber, flooring, lights, appliances. Every time I get someone on the floor and ask for help they send me to the department and I am stuck waiting for help for at least 30 to 45 minutes. One of their merchants called the manager and announced it 4 times that I needed help while I was sitting there. Finally I got fed up and left. I can’t wait at your store for an hour in some cases to get an item that I need for my project. You always have many associates but most of them are talking to other associates or stocking shelves. Home Depot has way less employees on the floor but at least they stay in there departments and I can get a hold of them even if they have other tasks they are doing. I am going to take this 100k I spend a year somewhere else. Good luck keeping up with Home Depot.

Have never ... ever.. been impressed with the contractor services here . Not sure who is managing this area of the store but I would imagine it is a task with the multiple personalities you have there. .. Yet not one of them can get it right. On one hand I see they are all very fortunate because if I were as bad at my job as these folks I wouldn't have a job. Since the employees being discussed have worked there so long I'm sure the Cancer is deep. I have not in years nor will I use this location for contractor services . We will take our $200k+ a year to Home Depot.

Great hardware store. I bought a PitBoss smoker grill here. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This place also caters to military vets including providing parking them. I'm sure military discounts are included.

Found everything I needed here to do a quick renovation. The cashier's are very helpful checking and remembeed my dog and I from previous visits and are very thoughtful. I was in and out of the store in minutes every time I went in because everyone and everything was were they should be.

Picked up an online order, they have one piece that was incorrect, trying to correct situation, customer service was very helpful, but inconvenience having to drive yet to another location to fix the issue. Mixed feelings, but being taken care of. I would only suggest that they verify each item before loading onto the cart to bring out for pick up. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and respectful. Still an inconvenience though.

I'll take Lowe's over Home Depot any day. Higher quality, staff know's their store and the location of materials in store, you can ask and they will answer. Staff has a great attitude and is both friendly and professional. Plenty of parking, and they sell snacks and munchies! What more can a guy ask for.

I was surprised to see that their prices aren't inflated like so many other businesses. I was greated by a lovely young lady at the return desk and she directed me straight to where I was needing to go. I got an outside motion secutity light for $29. It's such a nice light and so reasonably priced. They had riding carts available with no wait. I will go back.

Came and asked one of the sales where quarterround was located. Was told on a place where it wasn't. I told them again, what I was looking for and was pointed that way. I Finally found it. Because a customer show me where it was at. Waited to checkout at lumber. But there was only one person there and he was doing a very long return. Sorry this trip was not a good reflection of your company.

Nice clean Lowe’s very close to an interstate with easy access. Only a medium sized parking lot that is clean no trash. That’s a cart corrals the garden center takes up a big part of the parking lot. Clean store friendly and helpful staff. Pretty well organized and stocked. I’d come back here again and recommend to family and friends
