It’s really rare for me to leave reviews on places because I understand how stressful it can be working in customer service jobs such as Tropical Smoothie, however I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed with this specific location (Crossroads). EVERYTIME I go in, the people working ALWAYS have the worst attitudes. I just went in a few minutes ago, and the staff that was working were just annoyed to be there in the first place, they were being sloppy with how they were doing stuff, and when the guy finally decided to take my order he literally had both AirPods in and barely responded to me when I spoke with him. When I paid and said thank you, he didn’t reply he just walked away and went to the back. When they gave me my smoothie and meal they had the worst attitudes about it and said “here”, and again when I took the order and said thank you, literally silence said nothing. If you are providing this kind of service, it seems like it’s time for a new job. Every single staff member that I’ve encountered has acted like this. It’s weird and just rude.

Went in , A/C not working with a “tip jar” on counter asking for help fixing A/C … hmmm Ok …. We ordered our food, and after about 15 minutes walked up to the counter where our a half soggy smoothies were sitting, apparently they never called our name and somebody else grabbed our food, so after back-and-forth with those young gentleman that works there he just turned around and walked off. Assuming they would fix our order I said back down, same young gentleman looked at me and had no idea what I was asking for after we just went through it is 10 minutes prior. One lady in the back shoulder to him” I’m remaking the order” , I told him they need to work on their communication, and I just got a shoulder shrug. I sat back down and after about another 10 minutes another worker stepped out beside the cash register with a major attitude handed us our food, no apologies, no I’m sorry , nothing. Worst $30 I have ever spend and I will not return very very disappointed

Everytime I order here, my order is wrong or poorly made. I used their free delivery promo for orders over $12 and never even received my smoothie or extra sauce I paid for. So I had a cold soggy quesadilla with no ranch to eat it with, and no smoothie. Then customer service said there’s nothing they can do because delivery is through a third party so there’s no way they could deliver my smoothie and my side. I tried calling over 7 times and nobody picked up! The employees here are lazy and unprofessional. Find a smoothie king near you instead.

Delightful surprise. I had the jerk chicken wrap and the watermelon mojito and thoroughly enjoyed both. Food and drink were delicious and the staff was excellent

Poor management - went there today and the place was a mess. The garbage was overflowing, there was garbage on the floor and there were a lot of tables not cleaned off. 5 minutes after I ordered I was told they were out of an ingredient and I had to choose something else.

Ordered online. The food was ready on time. Had to search the counter to find my order- all of my smoothies were in different places (mixed with other people's orders) and not packed together (I ordered 3 and expected them to be in a carrier). Sandwiches were together in the same bag. Didn't realize until I got home that we didn't get the four edible straws I paid for. I'll give this location another shot next time I'm in the area.

This is my go to spot. Close and convenient. I ordered my usual mango magic, and it didn’t taste as well as it usually does. The guy with a black hat, beige jacket that worked on the night of 6/4 immediately made it right with no questions asked! My guy 💪 PERFECT customer service AND it tastes A1 ong haha

UPDATE in response to owner: This is not about wait time, there were no other customers and nothing was being prepared by the two employees behind the counter. Once the employee told us they were no longer making anything, I asked to verify the closing time and according to the employee, the cafe was still open for another 42 minutes. Telling us they would not serve us had nothing to do with fresh fruits and veggies. If your policy is to no longer serve any customers 42 minutes before the end of business hours, why stay open? Please consider closing earlier rather than refusing customers at the counter. -----original post----- Came here 42 minutes before they closed and the two girls working there said they were no longer making anything. Not the first time we've had trouble getting served here.

This is supposed to be the Cajun salad. Other than the rice(I removed) what's missing? Lettuce, cheese and tomato. I pay $11 for a salad I expect T.S quality. I order the same thing yesterday and got someone else's food. It wasn't doordash. The person who bagged put the wrong salad in the bag. It's the location.

Very disappointing 😔 We stop at this location every once and a while and have noticed the service and atmosphere fading. Pros for this location-service is fast and the smoothies are good. The woman who made our smoothie and the gentleman who made our food were nice. Cons-the person taking our order didn't seem to care that we were there. As we were waiting for our order I noticed a bucket with a dirty rag hanging out of it and under the sink counter and the area under the counter didn't seem clean. Once home, the kale apple salad seemed like it was made a few days ago. The chicken caprese sandwich had goop around the edges so it appears the grill or sandwich maker hasn't been cleaned in a while. Tried a few bites but couldn't finish. It's unfortunate because we love Tropical Smoothie, however, we are unlikely to return to this location.
