Understaffed. The older sales team isn’t friendly. One walked by me several times and didn’t even acknowledge us in the store. However, the younger team is. Extremely polite and thoughtful. Julian paid a lot of attention to ensure my 16-year-old looks his best for a wedding. This was my second time doing business with them and I’ll be back.

My fiancée and I went into the store recently to set up an account for our wedding and we had such a wonderful experience with Julian! When we first walked into the store, it was a little rocky and we felt like no one really wanted to help us. But once we got to work with Julian, everything fell into place! He had so much knowledge, awesome advice, and really took the time to answer all of our crazy questions. Cannot recommend enough. Their program for wedding rentals is SO easy and convenient, I am so glad we went there. Thank you so much, Julian!!

Dropped in today to shop for a suit and Jim hooked me up. Very professional and made the process very easy. Even though the coat I needed wasn’t in the store, he’s having it shipped to the house from their warehouse. Great service!!

Fantastic selection of high quality clothing. A suit shirt and tie is what I was after. All the sales reps were very pleasant and the sales associate named Jim Saxon greeted us and guided us through the stressful process of selecting a beautiful suit. Not only was he extremely pleasant and highly knowledgeable, he was very honest with me throughout the sale. No high pressure sales tactics just a genuinely nice guy who seemed to actually care to make me feel good about my new suit! If I was the owner of this store I would be proud of Mr Saxon as he seems to care about his customers and takes a lot of pride in his work! I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Awful. Was in a store in Lexington Kentucky trying to get a suit for my son, the friendly associates at the Hamburg store informed me that there was only one store that had the item and they would call them to have it transferred. The associate called the store and was put on hold by a manager named Dylan and then hung up on after ten minutes. The associate called back and was promptly placed on hold again after the same man answered and asked what he needed. The associate was placed on hold for an additional 8 minutes until a woman picked up and told the associate they didn’t have it because one of their employees had it on hold. I shop here for good service, I didn’t realize these stores were used as the employees closets. Customers should come first.

Julian Is one of the best when it comes to customer service. My kids came in to order Tux’s for their prom and the representative that took our order put in the wrong dates (May instead of April) . It took him over and hour to find our order due to the incorrect dates. He didn’t give up he gave me his personal cell number to make sure I could reach him. He went above and beyond to get their tux there before Prom. He made sure to take care of them personally when they got there. I’m so thankful and I appreciate him more than this review can say. He needs to be recognized for his efforts and service to your company. This review would have been totally different if not for him. Julian if you see this THANK YOU!! again for everything you did to correct the error of another employee. YOU ROCK!

We visited your Crossroads location in Cary, NC. We had a group appointment for a quinceanera fitting. We were immediately greeted with the worst customer service from the store manager I've ever experienced. He talked down to the female parents in our group. He was curt, abrasive and seemed inconvenienced by our presence. We had impressionable teens in our party who all expressed the same feelings to their respective parents about how we were being treated. The younger staff eventually helped us, and did a great job in assisting us but we saw how bad he treated them as well. At first we thought he was simply having a bad day. However, not even 20 minutes after we were there, a white customer showed up, that had similar circumstances and questions, and was treated with the customer service we've all been accustomed to receiving at your stores. He was attentive, professional and extremely accommodating. It was like night and day compared to how he treated us. I've been a long time customer and this is the first time I've ever experienced this kind of behavior at any of your stores. What's worse, is that my kids and the other kids in our group were made to feel this way. We are scheduled to return to the store to pick up the garments we reserved. I hope this issue is addressed and resolved before we return.

This has been a terrible experience. Out of the eleven members that are groomsmen/groom ALL have had issues with the sizing. Although being measured, shirts/jackets/pants did not fit when they arrived. When re-ordered, things still did not fit. In addition, the initial order of the style of shirt (fitted vs. regular) was entered correctly and members were told they could not change. Even when arriving to pickup the tuxes it was a terrible experience. We had to wait nearly an hour to even have service. Glad to know for my wedding in 10 months I know who NOT to use!

Went in today for my sons prom. We waited for close to 2hrs which I can understand for a Saturday and seeing it was taking about 30 mins to get each kid measured and setup in front of us so I could see the wait. When it was our turn it was the opposite treatment I felt. Our guy just wanted to get us out the door. He just ran through the check list not giving us a chance to consider what might be best and when asked for what he thought would look the best with mixing and matching and what was available since low stock to pick from it was I dont give me opinion. I thought that's why you go in and ask them to try and make sure you look good when leaving. Not that you have to listen but I thought they have more knowledge working in a place like that. For the amount of money you spend I'd think we would have been treated better. The other workers seemed to take the time but not this one...

I needed a new suit to wear for my Father's funeral. John (at the crossroads Cary location) was very accommodating and gave me some very good options to choose from. He even helped me pick out an appropriate shirt and tie to go with it. In a world where customer satisfaction does not seem to matter to a lot of retail corporations, it was refreshing for once to have had great service provided! I will most definitely return for any future business/formal wear purchases.
