Young manager on duty tonight was a hero noticing that there was a confrontation between a plainclothes officer and a suspect in the parking lot so she calmly put the store on lockdown and got all the staff and customers to the rear storage room and kept in touch with officers who promptly got to the scene. All ended peacefully. ~H
