Young manager on duty tonight was a hero noticing that there was a confrontation between a plainclothes officer and a suspect in the parking lot so she calmly put the store on lockdown and got all the staff and customers to the rear storage room and kept in touch with officers who promptly got to the scene. All ended peacefully.

I don't know how people still shop here. The clothes are boxy and cost more than they are worth. A lot of displays are unorganized and that makes it hard to find your size, or even close to it. I won't be back.

First time visiting this location. If I go it’s usually to Crabtree mall location. It was a last minute gift that I had to pick up for my niece. Had it at this location. Did not go into the store just did curbside pickup. Curbside parking is right in front of the store. Located across Best Buy in crossroads. Typical suburban strip mall setting. As usual some noticeable store empty spaces in this pandemic going on and noticeable as friend said some stores from closed Cary town center moved down here. Overall followed usual email steps and lady was out with bag to car in less than five minutes.

Love that they are starting to have more plus size options. Great place for trendy, lowish cost clothes. Staff friendly and attentive.

The girl at the customer service desk was very friendly. She was able to refund me on a pair of pants that I did not have a receipt for. I appreciated the lack of hassle. They would have got five stars, except for the fact that they still did not have my size and I could not exchange a shirt that I had.

Let me tell you about this place....they are awesome! I bought several pairs of jeans online and they were the wrong size. I took them in the store to exchange them for a different size. Melissa was amazing. She helped me find everything on my packing list in the correct size...even searching the fitting rooms. She went over and beyond for me. She was just the very best! At checkout, Manny helped me exchange them all and even made sure I got the cheaper price for each item....all with a smile on his face. He was so sweet and helpful. Jackie, the manager, was a breath of fresh air. I wanted to make sure I told her about Melissa and Manny. She walked up with a smile on her face, even before she knew why I wanted to talk to her, and was just a ray of sunshine. I hate shopping but I left with a big smile on my face. Thank you Melissa, Manny, and Jackie for such a great experience!!!!!

It was my first time coming into this store. I don't normally shop here. I came in for the flip flop sale. However, I found the employees to be helpful and kind, especially being that it was very early in the morning.
