Really good experience with the sales team and manager. Helped me find an item that showed in stock but was hiding in the back. Manager dug it out for me himself! Also they went out of their way to prove match a couple things I bought for my son. Which I had no idea they even did. On top of that got a military discount. Ending up saving over 50$ on a pair of sneakers and a couple under armoir items. I’ll be back for sure!

Very disappointed. I have bought numerous golf clubs from this store and usually do a good job. However I live about an hour away from this store and I called ahead of time to make sure someone in the golf section would be there until closing and I was told they would be. When I arrived at the store 2 hours before closing I went to the golf section waited for 15 minutes with no help. Then went back to the front of the store and asked if someone was there working the golf area and was told "oh no they left at 7". I will not be purchasing any Sporting Goods or golf equipment at this location. The manager on this night offered no Solutions and the only thing she could tell me was "well sorry have a good night". I would not recommend the store to anyone.

Horrible experience was followed the whole time me and my husband. Was so uncomfortable that I couldn't even finish shopping. This happened April 7,2021 at 8:20pm. Sadly I was trying to shop for clothes for me and my sons had 1000 cash in my pocket. Spent 370 dollar all because you had someone following us every move we made disgusting customer service. Will never return and will be complaining to corporate. I do not recommend this place

The worst is excuse for sporting goods store I have ever seen, absolutely nothing for deer hunting season, no camo, nothing. I can understand they don't want to carry guns or ammo but they have nothing, don't waste your time here.

Employee's at this location are very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. First store we've been to here in Aberdeen for over a year where their employees actually knew about the stuff that they were selling. So refreshing! Great Job crew!

Story is too long type type out. Long story short, I was going to place an online order, and had the items in my cart. Called the store to find out if someone could go look for me, and was told not only once, but multiple times that what was online was what they had in the store. Being a previous worker at this terrible company, I know how it works. I am an hour and a half away, and wanted someone to put hands on the items before I drive a total of 3 hours at least. So then I asked to speak to the manager, and was informed I was speaking to him! This is totally unacceptable customer service. If you don't have the decency to help customers that want to spend money in your store, DON'T WORK IN RETAIL.

Best and only (I think) to get good quality athletic shoes! Love ASICS and Brooks shoes and they carry both. You truly get what you pay for with shoes. And what’s great is you build up rewards for things you don’t regret buying. They’re return policy is also wonderful if you grab the wrong thing. It’s easy to find someone to help you, and the store is generally clean and well stocked.

Overall a solid sporting good store. Medium sized so it doesn't have everything other Dick's Sporting Goods have in more populated areas. The selection is really good on most sports. Somethings are a bit pricey but that is expected. The customer service is fairly good.
