It was fine people friendly cashier upon check-out was very nice the store was clean the outside appearance was nice plenty of grocery carts no shortage unlike what you find at Walmart where carts are never available you can always walk into Kroger's and get a cart without delay and do your shopping

Horrible customer service , had me waiting in line at self checkout waiting for them and they wasn’t doing nothing at all but laughing and giggling and I had to wait and they never came so I had to carry a 40 pack of water when they could of just came and added it

I live in a nearby neighborhood and rarely ever go here myself. This is the worst kroghetto I’ve ever been to. The parking lot alone is terrible. Homeless people and sketchy as hell. My partner does most of our families shopping and sometimes has to stop here “for convenience” and it’s never convenient. They are always out of stuff and when they do have the items we need that are almost always expired! We don’t bother trying to buy our kids yogurt here anymore from the amount of times it’s been expired and sitting on the shelf ready to buy! He just came back from a trip to this location and the only pasta they had was a couple of dusty boxes that expired in 2017!!! Not even kidding! This is not just a result of Covid. Don’t even try to lie and tell me that. Expired pasta from 2017 should say enough. When we first moved here his first two trips here the liquor store was being robbed. The last visit there was a DV situation at the check out where the guy involved punched a woman in the face. This is one of many DV situations whitenesses here. He doesn’t feel safe and that speaks volumes to me. Recently they decided to remove check out lanes with cashiers and they installed more self checkout lanes which has made shopping and checking out even worse! The restroom are disgusting, I’m certain if the health department ever laid eyes in there this location would be shut down immediately. I feel bad for any unfortunate and unaware blind people that have to used the restroom here. The cops on duty here are more interested in texting rather than actually doing anything. The employees have been nothing less than rude in most situations. I feel bad for any employee that is actually trying to do their job here. I wish they would just demo this place.

Don't go here for your free N95 masks. All the boxes are open, on a pallet where anyone can cough or sneeze on them. They are all contaminated. This is the dumbest thing I've seen. They want us all to get sick apparently. Get a brain!

It's not even the stores fault. The company has decided to charge people who didn't take the mrna shot that doesn't work an additional 50 a month for health care, and that is wrong. It's also illegal, yet thus has become our ruling class: evil to the core. The Vax ain't working folks. It's because it failed, not people who didn't take an experimental drug with no long term studies before roll out. All of you at Corp are sick to the core. How's that union working out for your employees? Not doing anything for em huh? Shame on you. You will answer to God for this.

Kroger was pretty good nice friendly people yes they was super busy but it is Christmas time when I was there so that makes sense to be busy also my cousin works here and is amazing he has worked for Kroger since he was of age to work and has done a lot of good for the company at 2 different locations now. The company was amazingly nice and provided a nice arrangement of foods for my grandmother and aunts wake also so that was nice knowing my cousin had worked for the for so long they are great to work for shop at and many other things

The past month their shelves have been empty. No potatoes, no fruit on the shelves today. Their main items that everyone buys isn't stock so that requires me to find another store to purchase my items. This time I told the manager and she apologies and blames the manufacture. Maybe this is true but the Kroger on Goergesville doesn't seem to have a problem.

Well ,I never come here because of me stereotyping this place but ,to my surprise what a gem .This might be the only Kroger that has fresh deli rolls.With options like fresh femur bone don't knock it unless you've tried it there is something for everyone. Today I noticed a fresh selection of pig feet and fresh hamhock not smoked.Variety, variety, variety unusual selection great service and quick checkout. What more can you ask for.
