We shopped around and did some research before going in. Sean did great showing us options and helping us with cost benefit analysis. No pressure, no BS about loosing out on sale prices, just a nice guy to help us make the right choice for us. We continued shopping over the week and even priced it online. Mattress firm was the same price as Nectar online but we were able to try it out. I called back in a few days and had Jeremy complete what we ordered easy & quick. Paid securely online with CC. We walked in only wanting to look. We knew we needed a new mattress, but wasn't expecting to find what we needed. James was there to help and answer all if the questions. Ty was my sales person. Very knowledgeable and understood my issues with body aches and pains. He gave me his advise and had me test several mattresses to make sure which one was comfortable for me. In fact I ended up liking the one that Ty original suggested. There was no pressure just concern for my comfort. I ended up purchasing and a quick delivery date was set up.

Go here and not to Original Mattress Factory!! I had the best experience at the Lyra location. Brittany was my specialist, and she took the time to ask questions to best pair me with a mattress for optimal sleep! She was very professional and friendly. The store was clean with a wide variety of IN-STOCK inventory and great deals!! Very knowledgeable and accommodating, Brittany did not rush me but instead allowed me to try out various options rolling out the 'red carpet' and making me feel valued. I found a bed, mattress cover, and pillow well within my budget. 10/10 highly recommend! Thanks, Brittany and Mattress Firm!

Excellent customer service! Immediately greeted by Sean our professional sales representative when we walked in! He greeted us and quickly through discovery questions was able to guide us to a mattress for starting out the comfort diagnosis based on our answers. He again was able to take our communication and select some options for different brands similar for comparisons price/style/etc. These varied hybrid, pillow tops, and memory foam. Awesome! Through these we were able to easily identify the mattress that fit us perfectly (on our own it was overwhelming other places left us to just lay on beds seek our own??) Sean guided us the whole time perfectly. Explained mattress care, financing options and specials for budget. While Sean was assuring us Randy was working to expedite the process listening and looking up inventory locations as he heard answers, current sales, financing options. By the time we selected our mattress we had the numbers and budget w option. This was the most efficient and expedited use of our time! I am confident this is the best place to purchase a mattress especially if time and money are important to you! Go see Sean and Randy at Polaris!

We love our bed but the remote stopped working last night and my fiance's back is out. They were so super helpful at the Polaris store & the warehouse! Can't thank them enough!!!! It seems like no one goes above and beyond anymore but they did!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!
