I wanted to edit my first review. We paid for our furniture with a new credit card and we never used the card before that was the first purchase we did with our new credit card and the very next day our credit card company call us to see what purchases we had did. On That c.c. we had three to four different charges on the credit card after we used it at American freight west. The assistant manager Allen took care of my husband and I. personality and knowledge of his products. He was very courteous and helpful. But Beware of purchasing stuff at American freight on the westside even though they did a good job for the most part. Then when it came to delivery day they didn't even have a delivery date for us so they had to work us in. the whole situation ended up being shady for us after all that.

I would like to give Lynn 5 stars for her outstanding customer service. My delivery was rescheduled on me twice and Lynn made sure to follow up with the delivery team and me as well to make sure that I would received my furniture. She was very caring and empathic, which I appreciated as I was going through this stressful delay of my furniture. I finally received the furniture and it was not brand new. I immediately call Lynn, as the furniture was being delivered inside my home and she take care of getting me a replacement sectional immediately. I would definitely give her more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Lynn for caring about the customers of American Freight on Roberts Road in Columbus, Ohio

Their customer service and helpfulness is outstanding! Even when, because of our error, we had to return furniture the wonderful woman who helped us gave us a deep discount on the delivery fee we had paid. She helped us pick out another piece and then rescheduled us for an immediate redelivery. I mean, this was a master class in excellent customer service from beginning to end here. On our original order we were able to go here, find what we wanted, and have it delivered the next day. If you are looking for quality furniture at decent prices and want to be treated very well for your time and hard earned money, you will not go wrong visiting this location. Simply put, they are awesome. Everyone is friendly, professional, caring, and thoughtful as well as very professional.
