Literally One of my favorite small town auto shops, friendly and if they don't have it usually their other store does. They will call and have it sent over or you can pick it up. Regardless the guys their are full of knowledge.

Great customer service by Steve K. at NAPA Auto Parts in Cottonwood. I needed an air filter that was not stocked by auto parts stores in Redding. Steve ordered the correct air filter from SAC and had it available for pickup later the same day. Steve made sure to order the correct filter, called me when it arrived at the store, and made sure I was aware of store hours.
