Very slow unloading, no restroom at all.

3 stars because we were unloaded quickly. Minus 1 star because Laurie the receptionist was sarcastic on the phone when trying to navigate to their building to avoid a truck restriction. Minus 1 star because when we finally got there, my husband asked to use the restroom while a fella was getting his paperwork copied. She said no. After a few minutes of waiting on the other guy she asked if he needed something else and when told no she demanded him to leave. Employees like that can ensure you have a hard time finding drivers to pick up and drop off your loads.

Make sure to come in this way. The other way on Hardy is no trucks allowed. When you go to deliver, it’s to the first left. Picking up, keep going past first left and it’ll be on your second left If you are delivering, there’s only one dock. Pull up near the cars then back it in. If I can do it, so can you. 😂 They will take your seal off. Don’t do it yourself or they could reject your load. Back in and wait for someone to take seal off before you open your doors. Easy peasy.

Unloaded me before my appointment time. Got permission to sleep on property the night before. Unloaded within 40mins on a full trailer. Very nice people.
