To go get gas should be a simple routine. Buying gas here became a stressful event. Very rude employee. I was there about 8:45 pm on Thursday. I will never go back.

This place never has its doors open and all the pumps are always non functioning. They should sell it to someone who knows how to operate a gas station.

Will never go back here . Place looks extremely trashy and owner closed and locked door as my daughter and I were almost to it and she put an in the bathroom sign. I’ve had many other disappointing situations here. But, this one needed a review. Don’t waste your time head another mile up the road.

I dont know the hours that a "Convienence store " should be open , but I think 8:15 p.m. would be a convenient time to be open on a Monday. Especially when their own website says it's open 24 hours a day.

I stop here occasionally only to use my BP card and discount. The cashiers are nice but it is truly just the worst maintained gas station in Oconomowoc. BP Amoco should be embarrassed by this station. I’ll let the photos do the talking. These are all common occurrences.

I had gotten gas at this gas station and while there, lost my credit card. It was two days later and I called to see if the card had been turned in. A nice male person told me he had the card, recognized the name and set it aside with a note. He was going to talk to the 3pm workers to see where it was. I had decided to go in to pick it up. When I got there there was one older female and an older gentleman working. I asked for the card and they said they couldn't find it. I explained the conversation I had with the day worker and they were very defensive, even saying that I was the person who lost the card so "Oh well". When I asked for the owne'rs name, they would only tell me her first name, Amy. When I asked the workers who they were, the female refused and the male said "Carl", neither would give me their last name. I left without the card, tried to find the owner's number online to no avail. Obviously, I had to cancel the card as I couldn't be certain what may have happened to it. I don't think I was ever treated so rudely by a pair of retail workers.

Pulled up to get gas. Had issues with the pump not working. I went inside to request help with it. Young gal refused to come out and help me. Rudely told me that she could help me inside store if I put a mask on. I wasn’t able to wear a mask due to medical reasons so she told me to go to a different gas station. Since I was on empty, I was afraid that I wouldn’t have enough gas to get to another station so I called my husband to come help. Used a different pump and had same issues. Pump said “Call attendant” so I put a mask on the best I could and she locked the door so I couldn’t get in. Husband followed me to closest gas station where I will always go from now on. Would love to hear from this gas station owner. I’m so disgusting.

This is a low-rent gas station and convenience store. The trash cans have been untouched and overflowing since construction ended years ago, the car wash is always “out of order”, concrete is dirty and cracked, drug paraphernalia dominates the items for sale, etc. overall, very scratchy. My advice is to Avoid it.

I would like the owner to contact me immediately! One of your products almost burned my house down and your cashier refused to even hear me out about your defective product. Screamed at my husband! If one of your products almost burned my house down... you’re lucky you don’t have a lawsuit on your hands!
