Searched for a place in Oconomowoc to fully detail my truck and Fine Detailz came up first. Gave Mike a call and received a very fair estimate. Two days later I dropped it off. He worked on it ALL DAY! OMG!! He did an absolutely outstanding job! The truck looks brand new! I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommend! Thanks Mike!

Can’t speak highly enough about mike and the work that Mike (the owner) does at Fine Detailz. Mike just applied a ceramic coat to my 21 Toyota trd pro tundra. He did a fantastic job! He is very reasonable with pricing and provides too notch customer service. This is the only stop you need for detailing and ceramic coating.

I visited Mike at Fine Detailz after my wife's brand new car went through a fence. He was suggested by my auto body shop as an alternative to major paint repairs to remove the scratches. With everything going on in 2020...School fastly approaching...So much time spent deep in thought...Trying to squeeze in as much playtime with my children before next week... I left my Pilot outside Monday night with the sunroof wide open...Welcoming the severe thunderstorm Oconomowoc had! When I realized on Tuesday my anxiety spiked, & had many tears that I tried to hold back. I called Fine Detailz, they were very understanding, & told me that they are full but will fit me in & to come immediately. I was met by Mike the owner who was also very empathetic, stopped everything to reassure me that my interior had a chance. Mike's daughter Aimee put in overtime so that I would have my SUV back today! We are extremely impressed with the service we received here. I am convinced the people that work here are either real magicians or they gave us a brand new car. We have two kids and we travel a lot in our car so to say our car was a disaster is an understatement. To add onto the disaster, our car developed a terrible smell and we were sure that something died in the engine. Once we picked up our car, the smell was COMPLETELY gone and the interior of the car was immaculate which could not have been an easy accomplishment. Everyone I spoke to on the telephone was kind and very helpful. They even had our car warmed and ready when my husband went to pick it up. I highly recommend Fine Detailz.

Met with Mike Steggall. Very pleasant to talk with. He explained clearly the different details available. I set up an appointment for a few days later. When I arrived I told him the detail I would like and he said my car would be ready at 2pm. I came back at 2 and my car looked like brand new! The workers were all very friendly. Wish I had more cars for them to clean up. Great quality work!

I had a terrible experience with these folks. Floors and seats were sopping wet when I picked up the car, windows weren't clean, wax/polish jammed into every conceivable crack, orifice, and badge, damage to my rubber window molding from a buffer. They offered to re-detail the vehicle, but were unwilling to refund my money or accept responsibility for my damaged trim
