ZERO stars and stay away from this dealership! No way in heck would I ever buy a car from this dealership. They were trying to price gouge me by almost $6000 over MSRP for a Kia Sportage Hybrid. No other Kia dealership in Wisconsin or Minnesota were marking cars above MSRP (I called 6 other dealerships). If they were charging more than MSRP, they were adding a service or product to the car for the price increase. I have always trusted dealerships over used car sale lots, due to the respect and trust I received. Salespeople at this dealership ales were not straight forward over the phone, we're not informed of their cars and misinformed me about the car that we drive. This dealership and sales floor is very poorly ran, I never spoke to the person I spoke to over the phone. The floor manager was the most untrustworthy and unethical salesperson I have ever met. He stated that they were selling the car for that much over MSRP, because other people that buy cars from them were selling them for over MSRP. That is not a dealership issue and something the dealership should never get involved in. Your dealership gives other Kia dealerships a poor name. I do plan on contacting Kia directly about what you are doing, so unethical in these times, by taking advantage of people.

Logan in the service dept. is wonderful. I live in MN was driving to IL, about 55 miles from Eau Claire my car cruise kerps shutting off, then I notice mycheck engine lght is flashing. I made it to their dealership very stressed and upset. Logan was so very reassuring and comforting. Yes I need new engine but found out it is mfg issue and he went out ofhis way to work with Enterprise toget mes loaner soI couldbe on my way. Thank you Logan!!!!

Great place great service, never go anywhere else for a oil change. They give you a oil change, check over your car, top your fluids, wash and vacuum for $40. Very informative on needs and pricing. Great customer service!

Zach has always been amazing at taking care of my wife and I for out car needs. Doesn't make you feel rushed or give you that typical car salesman vibe. Never have a problem there and if there is one its remedied as easily as texting him. Thanks Zach!!

This was a few months back but management refused to fix a failed recall repair, which ended up causing even more problems very quickly and my car had to be towed. It was only a few years old. I traded it in and I drive a Chevy now. I won't purchase from Prestige or a Kia in general again.

ASK FOR JAKE BRUNETTE!!! Circumstances had me needing a new car asap. Found what I liked online at Prestige, made a list, and within 48 hours I drove home with a vehicle I love!! Jake was so friendly, easy going, efficient and personable! I told him the exact vehicles I saw and wanted to test out. I never felt like I was with a sales person and was never pressured into a purchase! Jake then went way above and beyond; found one of the cars on my list that was so new to their lot that it had yet to be inspected/detailed. When I told him that was the one for me, Jake was able to get it into their booked up schedule for immediate servicing even tho I had yet to commit to anything! Got a call it was done, took another look at it, and he even threw in some car accessories/ freebies! All I can say is THANK YOU JAKE!!!

Erin was my salesperson and she was awesome, patient and very knowledgeable. She did such a great job that we bought two more new cars from her. 4 months into owning the jeep I noticed the hood on the jeep had issues and I brought it to their attention and they set me up with and appointment at the local body shop so they can have the hood repainted. Big thank you to the GM Jaime for taking care of this for me. If you’re looking for great prices and friendly ppl and honest customer service then you should buy your new or used car from them.

Wasnt a big fan of Kia. I was leasing a Nissan and I've seen Kia really improve over the years as I did my services with Nissan/Kia in Wausau. Chris was super helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for. Now they have my super low milage Nissan Rogue and I have a sportage I upgraded my SUV and it really didnt cost much more a month. Glad I was able to get it all done in one day. The lobby is really homey in a good way. Bathroom was clean. All in all a great experience. I hate buying vehicles. I feel like I got a great deal as I sold vehicles for a year and haven't seen a fully loaded go out with the payment I got. So win win. I still know they made a profit not sure if Chris gets commission but Im sure he didnt get much of one on me. Sorry Chris but thank you. :) *I do want to note I almost didn't stop there because I thought it was just a Used car lot. The sign could use modernization. Seems really old-school. So glad I did. The building its self is pretty neat looking though.*
