I was at the store in Eau Claire wi. My phone was giving me problems and I went to Macman and the first helper looked it over and said it would need a deeper diognistic’s. So he set me up with an appt for the next day and they discovered my phone had crashed. Tyler white and August were just the best customer service anyone could as for. They ordered me a new phone which I had in a few days!! Totally recommend people to go there! Great service and caring associates. Thanks to all thereI am a happy customer!!

I brought my macbook in to get looked at with concerns I did not know the source of. Both staff members who I worked with were extremely helpful as well as kind throughout the whole process. In addition, weeks before I was in with my grandmother when she was having difficulties with IPhone and the staff were so extremely patient with her throughout that entire process as well. I had previously brought my macbook into a similar store elsewhere and had a poor experience, so I am very grateful to have a reliable store I know I can count on not too far from home. August is a miracle worker. My significant other's phone stopped working one day and was still under warranty. August and his coworker (I forgot his name 😔) gave us the best customer service we've ever experienced in phone stores. He kept us in the loop for everything and got us a new phone with just having to pay our deductible. This team rocks!!

My daughter is a student at UW Eau Claire, her laptop started glitching on the bottom of her screen and then it went completely dark. I contacted Apple since it was still new, they tried some things over the phone and then said it needed to go in for service and referred us to MacMan. My daughter made an appointment the next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and said they would order the part and it would be in in a few business days. She got a call the very next day from them that it was all fixed. She was thrilled to have it back so quickly. Thank you for the great service!

Don’t waste your time with the MacMan in Eau Claire, they are very unprofessional and rude. I called MacMan in Eau Claire and explained my problem. They technician on the phone told me to bring my computer in and they would help me. I brought my computer in on March 16th at about 2:30pm. I explained everything to the young man at the counter and he went in the back of the store and talked to a technician. I was then told by this young man that they wouldn’t help me. I left and called Apple. An Apple technician joined my computer remotely and fixed the problems. Sad thing is I would have happily paid MacMan to help me. I’ll never go to them again!

Every time I've sought help from MacMan, I've had excellent, intelligent customer service. On the last two occasions in particular, Tyler White took the time to help me make a good decision about what new laptop to select, and helped me learn that my old laptop could be repaired for continued use. When I came back to the store to arrange for the data transfer, August was thoroughly helpful and good-humored with my many questions. The data transfer was done within a day and my anxiety about dealing with the transition evaporated. August's quick and reliable service kept me moving ahead on the work that I do through my laptop. Both Tyler and August projected a lot of positive respect and were willing to meet me where I am in terms of knowledge of how to use the laptop. This kind of service is rare and good as gold.
