Worker on 8/18/21: He scans our items - I pay the amount, he says he forgot an item, of course I’m okay with that, I was a cashier a few years back, yes of course we forget things at times, but this cashier was horrible. The item he forgot to ring up was a buy one get one $1 and one of the items he rang up was apart of this deal. After dropping many hints that I was overpaying significantly due to his error, he didn’t care. Not one bit. Even though this was his error. In fact, he had no response and had his earbuds in. Now I’m not one to ask much but he should have at least corrected his error. But I just let it got after dropping many words that he was wrong. Get this employee in check! He must have no customer service experience or empathy! ~Lexi
