(Editing review because the owner is so kind and positive. One employee experience does not make a bad establishment. Owner is lovely and kind.) Usually this place is great but the last time I went in there the younger guy working would only talk to my boyfriend and would look right over me to address him. My bf went out to the car to get something and I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me look at pedals for 10 minutes but when my boyfriend came back in and stood next to me the guy suddenly rushed over. It was weird and honestly very disappointing as I was the one who was there to buy something. I left without getting anything.

I bought my first guitar here nearly 10 years ago and my daughter and I were in for her first. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and zero pressure. Prices are competitive. You're not getting robbed but there are likely other places where you could save a couple percent. For the experience and locale, not worth the effort to find that percentage. Thanks for the time and patience.

The store itself is wonderful, great staff, competent in all things musical, they had no problems letting me test out equipment, reasonable prices. My only reason for not giving a 5 star review is the location. It's on a service road (basically) and you can't get to it from London st and it's hard to reach from Fairfax st as well.

Fantastic store with very friendly staff, I needed a simple string repair on my Yamaha acoustic guitar, it took the staff less than 5 minutes to do. Was overall really impressed by their service.

Amazing staff, most the stuff you need is here, and great equipment. The one downside is that the prices are pretty high. I'm talking $10 or more over what the price should be. Overall, great place. Just don't expect a bargain price point.

Great shop. Pretty neat used guitar selection too. Had a project guitar I needed to surrender as it was beyond my expertise, ended up trading it toward a nice 70s Les Paul copy that is more up my alley (I like a good 'Lawsuit'). Very knowledgeable shop and staffed with great people that are willing to share their love for music and the tools for making it!
