Great selection but was a little surprised not to see any Jose Ramirez merch, unless you have to look for and buy that online. Pricey but everything there seems to great quality.

Can't think of a better place to buy sports apparel. Whatever you're looking for they've probably got it, in all the sizes and colors. Good quality merchandise, not cheap.

So, I went into this store today to look for some new apparel. As I walked in, ALL of the employees were standing together behind the registers talking. I got the usual "welcome in greeting" from only 2 of them. It was 2 males and 2 females. They continue talking about their fellow employees and what was going on behind the scenes. This was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! As a customer service person myself, I was embarrassed for the ones they were discussing. NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY HELP! Finally, one of the gals came out to the floor, asked a couple if they needed help, the husband and the female employee had some banter and laughed about it. I had other items in my hands that I put back and went to the registers to purchase what I wanted. In all honesty, I should have not purchased anything, but wanted to see what kind of service I would receive. Yep, got to the registers and both male employees ignored me because they were to busy on their phones! I put my things down in front of one of them and it was like I was interrupting him from his phone. Mind you, neither of these boys acknowledged me. I could not get rung out fast enough. Oh, also, that couple, the only one's who were asked if they needed help walked out without purchasing a thing. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had there! I had to look at the most recent reviews, and seen that so many gave 5 stars. Today was no 5 star review. Mind you, I have been there several times and had great service, today just wasn't it.

Jake was great when he got a shirt down for me from high above. When I was done shopping he rang me out and did an excellent job doing so. What I didn't appreciate is what happened in-between these 2 things. $421 later and zero service on the floor. Just ask me if I need help or if I'm finding what I was looking for. The female Manger was getting ready to go. She was too worried about a display the 2 young gentlemen were trying to photograph and post...on whatever venue/social media page. My son, daughter and I were the ONLY customers in the store at that time. Just freaking acknowledge us next time. I only shop at the Rally House because I know we will find gear for our favorite local teams. We definitely don't go there for the service!!!

Went in to find the correct size hoodie I got as a gift and the staff there wasnt friendly at all and none of them really had any idea what they were doing. They ended up refunding the money back to the original buyer and I had to pay for the new hoodie. Mind you, it was the same exact hoodie, just a different size. So after waiting 15 minutes to get the return figured out I now had to get ahold of the person who bought the original one to tell them they had been refunded the money and to request the money to pay for the gift.
