One of the best shopping experiences I've had. Came in looking to buy something for my niece for Easter, the manager/worker was very informative regarding trending toys and games... They even let me know about a current sale and hidden clearance items. I left with this adorable squishy penguin ball, a slingshot monkey, a rubik's cube, some fidget toys, and an axelotal plush. My niece is going to be so happy when she sees her Easter basket.

Good store but the cashier didn't care to be there at all... and the funko pops were in bad shape. A lot of damaged and torn boxes.

Mall is open till 9 . They just turned all the lights out with kids in there trying to pick stuff out . The female employee then rudly said were closed and they shut everything down . It's Christmas !!! Do you not want to make money as a company ?!? Your employees are awful. Several parents had to put stuff down and leave as all the lights were completely shut off and register.

went in the store guy named Phillip was very rude and disrespectful and said the f word and did not have any respect and was very rude every other time I’ve been in this place was amazing this worker just needs to go.

Went in on Tues. asked about game sale-employee didn't know when it would end-"probably this week". When I went to counter to ask he had his headphones on, and his nose in his phone (I was NOT the only customer in there) and did not even hear me until I repeated it louder! He was paying no attention to the store. Merchandise could have walked right past him & out the door & he'd never see it. Went in Thurs. to buy some games-sale all over-sure would have helped if he knew on Tues. when the sale would end. You lost a good sale and I lost out on a bargain. Lose-lose. Today the back of the store was piled high with unopened boxes, and the desk & chair at the counter were completely filled with merchandise. There also are a lot of items without prices marked. None of this entices me to stop in again. Total lack of oversight and responsibility it would appear. I have worked in stores & once owned a store-this isn't how to run one!

Tons of variety in board game options, from adult to young kid, and even things like puzzles and toys. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I gave them an idea of what I was looking for and they happily gave me their recommendations and why they felt the games met my needs.

Very high priced, the cashier kept making the same constant loop the entire time I was in the store and she definitely wasn’t doing that before we walked in. Very mistrusting and kind of irritating. Don’t waste your time.

There is an after holiday sale of 50% off everything in the store. I called for a specific Star Wars product that this location had. Clerk confirmed over the phone the only one they have was ringing up at discount. I rushed out here from downtown that hour. The Red Bearded Bald Owner was the one who greeted me and said its full price and that the clerk made a mistake. No, she didn't. He doesn't want to sell it and honor his advertised discount. Good luck with your purchases. #ShoppingExperience
