Great experience here. Passing through town and actually found some great deals. Also I requested $10 cash back and forgot it because I was talking to the cashier who is very pleasant person, and I think I distracted him. But the store manager said come on back in, we saw our drawer was $10 over. That's integrity.

Slightly suspicious and bizarre considering all the negative reviews she's earned over an extended period of time. I had a very unfortunate encounter with Mrs. Roopal. I will not be back to this CVS. She was so incredibly rude to me that I actually contacted CVS directly to let them know of my experience. Definitely one of the very worst customer service experiences I have ever had. She yelled what my prescription was from across the room (patients are entitled to privacy). She took forever finding my prescription-- that was fine, I patiently waited. She gave me the wrong dosage, and I didn't even feel like telling her because she was acting so incredibly put out to do the job she signed up for. She then had the gall to bark commands at me and act annoyed with me...? Sorry for making you do your job. Here's a thought-- if you don't like your job, quit. Don't take it out on the customers. She was classless, rude, and ignorant. This has nothing to do with "doing better" in regards to the customers. The "do better' should be directly aimed at an employee who represents their company in a very poor light. If you work in the service industry, there is a certain level of social decorum and customer service that CVS should expect from their employees. Clearly, since there are multiple negative reviews about her behavior, SHE is the problem who should strive to "do better" (not the customers). I, too, work in the service industry during the pandemic. I have never, nor will I ever, treat any of my customers in the manner that she treated me-- not only because I could kiss my job goodbye, but because I was raised to treat others better than that. AWFUL, awful service. Avoid.

I love the lady named Roopall She handed me my prescription and told me to have a great day! She had made my day a better day she greeted me with a smile as she always does. I love the store so much I will never leave this pharmacy. She handed me my prescriptions so nicely and she even gives me my receipt each time stapled to the bag. And even when I bring my dog to the drive-through her face gets so excited and she knows my dog Lucy. Lucy loves the treats that she gives her. You should see the smile on Lucy‘s face 🐶.

The pharmacy staff, Ms. Roopal was so rude and ignorant! She has given me a hard time started with the spelling of my last name. She kept asking for the last name 4-5 times and still didn’t get it! Then she started given me a hard time as I tried to obtain my medications and my parents’ meds as it seem likes it was too much work for her. She then told me to learn how to use the CVS App next time when pick up multiple people’s meds. Then she literally pulled the receipt and toss it on the floor then slammed the bag of meds on the counter! I walked away for 2 mins and remembered that she did not put the receipt in my bag as she slammed the bag on the counter. I came back and asked her for the receipt! She has flatted out LIED straight to my face that she was “ trying” to give it to me but I walked away???????😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬WHAT??? Are you serious ??? She then picked up my receipt from the trash can and put on the counter before walked away. What kind of manner and customer service was that????? She forgot that there was a security camera that recorded the footage of how she slammed the bag of meds in my face and yanked the receipt from the register before toss it on the floor. What a Professional behavior from the CVS pharmacy technician!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Please stay the heck away from this store and go get your meds somewhere else before you’ll be asking your doctor for High blood pressure medication after picking up your meds from this Pharmacy Technician😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬 How rude and pathetic!

I live locally in strongsville, and I needed to get a covid test for work. My appointment was set for 10:30am. I was not seen until 2:45pm. Yes, I waited for 4+ hours in my vehicle. A different time I was there, I went into the store to grab a few things and also had a photo pick up. When I got to the front check out, the cashier told me to use the self check-out. After telling her I had a photo pick up, she asked for me to spell my last name. "B for boy, A for apple, Z for zebra..." she looked through the photo packs, and then asked my first name.. and then she came to me and told me I spelled my name wrong and that I said 'V'.. having a frustrating disagreement, and unnecessary rude comments from this cashier. I don't suggest coming here. If you need a CVS pharmacy, go to target. If you need anything quick pick up for errands, go to drug mart.

I live locally in strongsville, and I needed to get a covid test for work. My appointment was set for 10:30am. I was not seen until 2:45pm. Yes, I waited for 4+ hours in my vehicle. I did receive a call around 1pm to be told that it would be a bit longer. This was a terrible experience. I usually always have a great experience when I go to CVS. The cashiers are very friendly..except for when I had one cashier give me a hard time for a return that I needed to make. I used to be a loyal customer to Walgreens but since I live near CVS now this is where I go.
